蘇丹圖格拉特級飯店

职员很热情，细致入微，乐于助人，特别是MERT，热情有加。酒店虽小，但很温馨，离蓝色清真寺和索菲亚教堂很近，地点不错，早餐也过得去。

its close to Blue Mosque/Sultanahmet Camii, less than 10 mins by walk also very friendly hotel staff to spend time with, if could visit Istanbul again, i will choose the same

房間布置很豪華 但房間有點小 工作人員很友善 飲料無限很不錯 床很舒適 但插座有點少 工作人員幫提行李 退房時保管行李

Sehr ruhig

Very dated and dirty hotel, AVOID

Leuk hotel. Eenvoudig ontbijt, maar wel passend bij Istanbul. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Kamer was leuk maar klein. Er mag wel wat onderhoud plaatsvinden. Kraan zit bijvoorbeeld los. En helaas deed de TV het niet. Goed bereikbaar met OV. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. Ik vind het geen 4 sterren hotel. 3 sterren is een betere classificering. Personeel is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Koelkastje op kamer is ook wel lekker.

Das Hotel hat definitiv die 4 Sterne vor 50 Jahren erhalten, dato würde es keine 2 bekommen. Aber was alles gut gemacht hat, war das personal. Die wahren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

エレベーターもなく3階は大変でした。部屋も狭くて不満でした。

La chambre est très étroite ainsi que la salle de bain vraiment minuscule. La douche était bouchée. Le petit-déjeuner n'est absolument pas digne d'un hotel 5 étoiles (pas varié, pas très bon et pas copieux). Hôtel 3 étoiles au mieux m. Situation calme et près du centre historique.

The location is excellent, with all the main attractions within walking distance—and to top it off, the beach is just around the corner.

İstediğimiz bir konforda değildi

Habe dieses Hotel extra ausgesucht um in einem speziellen Hotel in der Nähe der Moscheen zu erbringen. Das Hotel hat uns einfach eingecheckt und zu einem anderen Haus gebracht und in ein appart Hotel untergebracht. Der Mitarbeiter war dann auch sehr schnell weg. Leider mussten wir das annehmen weil es schon 21 Uhr war , deswegen bitte VORSICHT bei dem Hotel !!!

It's all good but the room is too small for us.

Das mit dem Parkplatz ist leider bei einer Parkgarage..nur war es nicht so schlimm. Konnte dort eine Reinigung veranlassen.

On a quiet street, walking distance to major attractions and the sea broadwalk. Reasonably priced. Its an old boutique hotel, rooms are small but clean, staff is friendly, decent breakfast custom omlets and coffees. We used card to keep ac running during our stay.

I realize now, a week after coming back home, that we got a tiiiny economy room in the basement, even if we booked and paid for a bigger, standard room (which clearly had natural light and windows on the pictures, unlike the basement...) I guess i was in a good mood and didnt realise at the time but this is really NOT okay. Positive points: the staff is very friendly and the neighborhood is SO pretty and cosy, also very close to the touristic area while being very quiet. Negative points: the smell in the room is AWFUL (i dont know if it smells like passion fruit or cat pee but it´s bad, and since you cant really open the window it lingers and makes it hard to sleep), no space to open our luggage, and on our last day there was no hot water (its an old house in an old part of town so it can happen, and in the end it didnt matter too much, it´s almost a fun memory). Also the TV is not working but we werent there to watch tv so it was ok.

The pics look good… but the fitout is 10 yrs old.., everything is wonky wobbly… they moved me to another hotel on first night because there was an electyproblen… then I checked in and discovered the problems… I requested a refund and they agreed but haven’t done it yet….,disaster!

Great location.

Very nice. The staff were all very very nice and pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really good
