A piscina é cobrada a parte sendo 15 euros por pessoa por dia. Tinha 3 diárias, dormi somente uma noite e procurei outro hotel para as 2 diárias restantes.

Hamman sauna and swmig Pool where not open for 5 days it was a dissapoiting experience, but all the rest where very good !

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an der T1 und man ist sehr schnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Empfang war sehr nett, man wird gut umsorgt und beraten. Das Frühstück war lecker und reichlich.

The hotel is located in a narrow street off the main street leading to the Grand Bazaar and other tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were given a larger room for the first night and then had to move to a small room (originally booked) that was not quite ready (no drinking water, no working A/C). The Breakfast on the 6th floor has a variety of food to eat (not much hot food). The Massage centre is NOT open on a Saturday. The hotel staff can arrange many tours for clients.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett. Leider ist das Frühstück nicht so besonders aber geht! Wichtige Information ist dass in der Nacht manchmal sehr laut. LKW Autos etc. vorbeifahren und Hupen

I GOT A NICE AND LOVELY STAY TO MY HÔTEL, ITS CLOSE TO AKSARAY STATION,THE HÔTEL HÔTEL LOOK GOOD AND CLEEAN ,THE MERETTO STAF SO HELPFUL AND KIND.

Very clean hotel,breakfast very good,reception staff very friendly and helpfull,very good location next to the tramway and metro,more than happy to visit again.

Hotel très propre, douche genial, pression de l'eau parfaite. Par contre la literie est à revoir, matelas à ressort, lit double 140, comme couverture un simple couvre lit blanc sans draps pour se couvrir. Cependant tout est tres propre. Petit frigo avec coffre dans la chambre. Petit dejeuner varié et spa en tres bon etat

Très mauvaise surprise quand nous sommes arrivés. Hotels.com informait que cet hôtel bénéficiait d'un parking sans service voiturier et lorsque nous nous sommes présentés, on nous a réclamés 150 € pour le parking pour 3 jours et 2 voitures. Refus de l'hôtel qui disait que ce n'était pas inclus. Du coup, on a rendu les voitures avec 2 jours d'avance, ce qui nous a couté 2 navettes aéroport (60 €) et pas de remboursement pour avoir rendu les voitures de manière anticipée. Chambre 3 lits minuscules. Nous n'avions pas la place de poser nos valises au sol. Fermeture de la piscine et du spa trop tôt (19 h). Or, c'est à partir de cette heure là que nous avions envie de profiter, après avoir passer la journée à visiter Istanbul. Très bon petit déjeuner et très bonne situation
