Gece menüsü ve hizmeti tamamiyle berbat. Hamburger var.. Ne tost, ne de club sandwich türü bir şey yok. Oda servisini arayınca kimse açmıyor. Rez birimi biz ulaşıp dönelim diyor. Karşılamada suni bir güler yüz ve dakikalarca bekleme var. İstediğim odayı özellikle belirtmeme rağmen sadece 2 ayrı yatak vermedikleri için suit almak zorunda kaldım. Not worth the money at all!

After a long week of travel of was excited to stay at the ritz Carlton for relaxation in lux accommodation. Unfortunately it was anything but. There was a rave going on next door and for three nights we barely got any sleep. Many guests complained with no compensation offered. Also the hotel is not central it takes 20 plus minutes to get into town and the only taxis that are stationed at the ritz charge 3x regular price. The hotel itself was fine, but not really luxury. The elevators barely work and took 10 min to arrive.

Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!

Superbe hôtel, le service est le meilleur qu'on ait jamais eu en hôtel 5*! Les restaurants ont tous une superbe vue et/ou ambiance. La localisation permet d'aller assez facilement à pied ou en taxi à tous les quartiers animés et historiques d'Istanbul.
