伊斯坦堡哇飯店

The location is near to a metro station and very close to the Ataturk airport, however there is no such advantage since relocating to the new Istanbul airport, it is almost about an hour away from anywhere you want to go. The room was pleasant enough, clean and tidy, AC worked well, bathroom is well equipped and the view from the 10th floor was nice. Actually prior to this room, my room was on the lower floor where I can hear the metro train moving, a bit noisy. So after I complained to the reception, they allowed me to switch the room to a higher floor. Thanks to Mr. Aslan for his enthusiasm and assistance during the room change. I am grateful. The room cards are magnetic, so if you put it near your phone it won't work, you can't open the door or use the elevator, you will have to go to the reception to fix it. Very friendly staff is looking forward to helping you. Breakfast was included in room rate which was reasonable. As usual there was butter, jam, a good selection of candied fruits, fresh fruit, a varieties of bread, egg omelet is done by a chef and you can get what you want. The gym which conveniently opens at 7am is well equipped and the lobby cafe offers a good selection of drinks and food, a nice garden to relax. Over all this is a good hotel for a 5 star. Would definitely stay again. Recommended for sure.

酒店位置距离机场很近（一站地），但相对比较安静。紧邻Metro，方便坐地铁。酒店顶楼的游泳池、健身房、土耳其浴都还不错。 美中不足，酒店的免费wifi太差。

CHECK IN 快, 員工友善及幫忙, 早餐OK, 房間舒適, 最主要是近展會會場, 只須5分鐘車程.有泳池不過無時間去使用.

離機場很近 但是要到附近商場要繞一大圈

Can not speak English well!

Clean and comfortable room close to airport and exhibition as well as metro. Gym and swim pool is nice, and its sauna/hammam facility.

Staff was very friendly and it was close to the Trade Show I was attending, a mere 7 minute walk.

Very old hotel- none of the appliances in the room was working. No electricity sockets next to bed and cold shower! Basic service from personnel. Almost impossible to communicate in English.

Le petit déjeuner est plutôt bien.

Hotel is a bit outdated but rooms are good and the beds were very comfy

This was my second stay at this hotel Very pleased with both visits.

Otel imkanları hakkında bilgilendirme olmadı. Fiyatlar aşırı pahalı. Lobide yediğimiz yemek hem soğuk hem çiğdi. Yemek de çeltik kebabıydı deneyelim dedik ama pişman olduk. Fuar alanına yakınlığı oldukça iyi ama onun haricinde tercih edilmez

Todo bien en general, pero cuando quisimos contratar el desayuno que por error no habíamos incluido en la reserva nos encontramos con la sorpresa de un precio de 40€/ persona por desayuno de buffet, el doble de lo que nos costaba cada noche la cena en el restaurante del hotel

Room cleaning felt superficial. After first night my bedsheet and blanket had been turned 180 degrees for a reason I cannot understand. The area seems not very vibrant but of course the congress center is right there in short walking distance so that's the main thing. Overall very ok hotel but if you are expecting five star service this is not the place. Few minuses of walls being paper thin and AC only giving hot air. Plus for complementary water bottles in room. There was a fruit plate in the room when I arrived and after two nights the strawberry there was completely moldy and cleaning crew probably paid no attention to this.

Det var veldig varmt på rommet. ikke mulig å skru ned varmen om natten. hadde AC på 17 grader, men fikk bare varmluft.
