Harika bir konaklama oldu , evlilik yildonumu icin konakladik , jestlerle bizi simarttilar :) personelin hepsi harika , kahvalti eksiksiz ve tum ürünler kaliteli , taze. Ucretsiz kapali otopark iyi bir imkan , elektirikli aracımı şarj etmek daha da iyi.

The hotel has no noise insulation whatsoever between the guest rooms and the bar/ restaurant area located on the roof of the hotel. We stayed in an executive room on the 4th floor ( supposedly one of their better rooms) and unfortunately, we could not sleep because of the intense noise. It was as if the DJ was playing in our room. We stayed nine days total - 4 of those days we were not able to sleep peacefully from 11 pm to 1am in the morning. For €506 per night this is absolutely unacceptable. The best part of the hotel experience was the housekeeping efforts. Hard-working people trying to keep the place neat. During check out the gentleman at the reception was not able to explain some of the charges on our bill. We did have a VIP access privileges which included 10 % discounts at the restaurants- which was not automatically applied as it should have been. We had to ask for it line item by line item. In conclusion, this by no means is a five star hotel. Unfortunately, we will skip this hotel next time. If you are searching for a five star hotel, sadly, this is not the place to stay. We have been told that they were going to send our receipt to our email. We are still not in the receipt of it even though we checked out Sunday 3am.

Otel ulaşım açısından gayet iyi bir konumda ve her şey elinizin altında. Fenerbahçe stadyumuna yürüyerek gidip döndük ve çok keyifliydi. Standart odalar eğer aile olarak kalacaksanız küçük ama çiftler için uygun. Biz kısmi deniz manzaralı odada kaldık ve oda konum olarak iyiydi. Ama yine de verilen ücret farkına çok da değmediğini düşünüyorum. Açıkçası ya deniz manzaralı veya şehir manzaralı odada kalın. Otelde 3 havuz var hepsi de keyifli ve tertemiz. Özellikle terastaki havuz süper. Otelde konsept dışında yiyecek içecek ücretleri standartların üzerinde pahalı. Kahvaltıya gelince ancak bu kadar iyi olabilir. Çeşit çok ve her şey çok lezzetli. Resepsiyon, house keeping, garson, vale vb. tüm hizmetler gayet iyiydi ve herkes çok güler yüzlüydü. Sonuç olarak tavsiye ederim biz ailecek çok memnun kaldık.

Konum olarak çok merkezi bir lokasyonda zaten personel çok anlayışlı her türlü problemde yardımcı oluyorlar teşekkürler

The property location is perfect beautiful seaview close to resturants & shopping. Wonderful pool and spa facilities. Staff friendly and helpful during stay. Would definitely go back again for a longer stay very relaxing.

The beds are not very comfortable because they are using two twin beds together to make a larger bed however it is nearly impossible to not feel the split between the two mattresses, even when they put a blanket over it Was quite disappointed that there was no children’s place for breakfast in the morning. I have two little daughters who eat about as much food as can fit in their fist for breakfast and they wanted to charge €25 for each of them each day. I said no thank you and we all made arrangements to have breakfast elsewhere. I just think that’s a very unwelcoming policy especially for children. Because no matter what children are not ever gonna come close to eating €25 worth of food. They said it was a cut off of age 6 my daughters are seven and eight but about the size of six-year-olds and as such they eat the same if not even less than six-year-olds do.

The hotel was gorgeous, but the staff especially at breakfast try to scam you. We agreed to a price of $25 euros per person than they charged us $35 euross, and completely refused to correct it. We enjoyed the hotel, but on the way out, they left us with a sour taste. It wasn’t about the money., it just doesn’t feel good to feel cheated.

Oda, konum, temizlik gibi unsurlar şahane olmakla beraber, havuz başında içilen 1 bira gecelik konaklamanın 1/3 ü fiyatına denk geliyor maalesef. Bu nasıl bir fiyatlandırmadır?

Yüksek kalitede servis ve hizmet verildi. Herşey çok güzel.

The property has a nice interior design,many dinning options, a wonderful spa, nice roof top. And many workers are trying,they do mean well. I just felt it lacked in service. My check in was unpleasant. There was an incident where others hotels would offer something as an appology, but not Wyndham. It's not that I need something for free, it is a token of appreciation of guests, and there was none of that. Just barely baseline service.

Minibar too expensive even whorse then europe, redbull 12 euro? Wayer 6 euro too much

We visited the hotel with our 4 month baby and I requested a quiet room. Despite asking for this multiple times we had music banging in our room until 2am in the morning and our baby was disturbed. I mentioned this to guest services and reception. No action or no follow-up. Very disappointing.

Açıkçası bu seviyede bir otele yeni bir vizyon gelmesi gerekiyor. Bu dönem ve bu lokasyona göre biraz eski kalmış. Kapılar bozuk, diller sürekli takılıyor. Bunun haricinde büyük olmasına rağmen ferah değil.
