Caribbean wing needs major renovation. The rooms are very outdated. The food is mediocre with the same food in all of the non adult restaurants. For the amount you pay for this resort, I was expecting a better experience.

The power kept going on and off, which was very inconvenient. There were small bugs crawling around in the room. I got alot of bug bites in the bed. The food choices were very limited. Not a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, but the resort was misleading online. It looked worse in person. I will not stay at this resort again.

horrible costumer service , horrible food for what you pay for, hotel looks dirty and old .The only positive is the beach that is beautiful.Orher than that service the worst,no amenities,no music,no entertainment

Attentive staff, beautiful grounds, breathtaking, clean beach. Quality of food at some restaurants was mediocre but selection across multiple restaurants was amazing!

Bed very uncomfortable

This resort was absolutely spectacular. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. The food was delicious - with 21 different dining options. The property and beach were always kept clean. It was like it's own little city on the island. Perfect for families and adults.

Service was the best

The resort was absolutely phenomenal. It gave us a true island feel with four different villages with different themes including French, Italian, Caribbean, and key West. The Italian and key West were definitely newer built and more expensive rooms however the French and Caribbean were just fine still. The food was absolutely outstanding with every single place we ate at. The entertainment was phenomenal every single night there was something to do. There were a few negatives including two groups of 40 high school 18-year-olds that just graduated that were drinking and running a muck all over however the resort is large enough to distance yourself from anyone. I'm pretty sure they told us they are building a couples portion of this resort to the west which should be a very popular option for people like myself and my wife. Overall highly recommend beaches.

We had a wonderful time. Beaches Resort was awesome. I highly recommend it to couples, families, etc. beautiful beach and pools, great dining options and lots of activities and entertainment. Will consider a return trip!!!

For the money people pay to come to this resort it should be top notch. The furniture in the lobbies and departure lounge are in horrible condition . Food is horrible. Great place for kids if they like Sesame Street and water parks and they like to eat french fries ,chicken nuggets and pizza every single day . That was the only food that was always hot and decent/good .
