Best beach in Caribbean right out of the property.. Beds could be more firm.. feels kinda worn out.. Need to make sure air condition is working before guest check in..

Peaceful and beautiful property! Access to the water and pool were amazing. The villa was gorgeous and appreciated the daily room service. We really appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This was our 2nd stay at Tuscany and we’d choose it every time.

Our arrival at The Tuscany was spectacular. The staff greeted us warmly in the lobby and escorted us to a lovely location for lunch while we waited for our room to be ready. It was a perfect welcome and set the tone for the rest of our stay. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the resort. Every area—from the beach and pool to the tennis courts, grounds, and our room—was spotless. I’ve never stayed anywhere as immaculately maintained as The Tuscany. Room service was also superb and exceeded our expectations. The location is peaceful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. If you're seeking nightlife or lively entertainment, this may not be the place for you—there’s no nightly music or on-site bar. But for us, that was a huge plus. The serenity of the resort was a highlight, and for those looking for more action, it's just a short walk down the beach. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit on the first floor, with a lanai that opened directly onto the beach. The furniture throughout the resort was in pristine condition. Our group included two grandparents and two teenagers, and everyone was thoroughly happy with the experience. We can’t wait to return—this was a vacation to remember.

We had a wonderful experience in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront suite which gave us plenty of room for us and our 2 teenage girls. They are all oceanfront and all 3 bedrooms/3 baths, they just lock out the rooms depending on how many bedrooms and baths you need--the upside is every suite gets the same living space and incredibly spacious deck! The grounds are stunning and meticulously landscaped. Our unit was immaculate and the kitchen had everything you could ever need from pots and pans, to electric tea kettles and enough plates and various glasses to host a huge party! The view from our deck, which had a dining table and two oversized cushioned chaises, was breathtaking. You could easily walk back up to your room when you were on the beautiful beach to grab something or use the bathroom. I packed floats but that wasn't needed--they had plenty at the beach and the pool to just grab and use. The pool was huge, clean and warm. This is not a resort--it is a condo--so there isn't an onsite restaurant or those types of resort amenities however Ocean Club East is just steps away and the Cabanas beach bar is as accessible as most bars at huge resorts, plus the waiters come to the Tuscany beach to take orders and bring food and drinks. We used the bikes to go to a store one day but would rent a car next time since cabs are pricey and we'd like to explore the island a bit. There is a convenience store within easy walking distan

Our stay at The Tuscany was absolutely perfect. The staff were exceptional — friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. Check-in was a breeze, and the manager personally walked us to our suite, showing us all the features and even offering to walk us to a nearby restaurant. The room was spacious and beautiful, with breathtaking views of the ocean. And the beach? Truly world-class — peaceful, pristine, and never crowded. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

There is no restaurant on site and only a couple that you can walk to. It is expensive to take a taxi from this location. It is a pretty resort but not very friendly. The pool closed at 8pm in June, no exceptions! They had a guard watching it to make sure no one was in it leaving nothing for kids to do a night. There is no bar or even snacks on site.

I really do not know where to start. This was the most exciting and beautiful properties that my family and I have ever stayed in! To tell my whole experience would be a the page letter! All I can say is management and the house staff were amazing!!! It was like a home away from home! We were greeted with the friendliest people in the world! So needless to say... we will be back! If you want a lovely place to stay and relax.. please inquire!!! You won't regret it!

We were amazed to be so welcomed, checked in and brought to our ocean side suite. The suite was exactly as described on the Tuscany website. Every morning we would exclaim how lucky we were to be at this amazing resort and beach island! The housekeepers were fantastic! The grounds were meticulously managed. The front staff always available during the day and 24/7 by phone. A local cell phone is provided for your local calling needs. They were so helpful booking our snorkel and Iguana Island excursion with Caicos Island Charters. We felt safe at all times with gracious security staff at the resort and overall while sightseeing Providenciales in our rental car. Our next beach vacation will be at the Tuscany in Turks and Caicos!

The 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was absolutely perfect for our family - it was beautiful, and easy walk to the beach, the pool and many restaurants. We loved the location on Grace Bay - quiet, yet easy access to everywhere on the island. Everyone who works at the resort who we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

This was a dream vacation. Everything about our stay was wonderful: the location, the beach, the atmosphere, the lodging. We loved every minute of it.

Most clean beach & water

Beautiful property with well kept grounds. Only downside is pool has no shade until around 5pm when the sun starts falling behind the building. We absolutely enjoy the pool but having some sun relief would be helpful on very hot days.

Just returned from an incredible stay at The Tuscany at Grace Bay! 🌴✨ The location is absolutely stunning, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the immaculate cleanliness to their warm hospitality, every moment was perfect. Can't wait to come back! 💖

Room and property grounds were immaculate, and the beach was the best beach my family and I have ever seen. Service was outstanding as well. Highly recommend.
