The restaurant Revive is the high and acts as the lobby mainly because the internet service is so poor in the ooms and garden. I am told they are fixing it, but seriously 2036, it should have been modernized 4 years ago. The rooms need attention.the tile floors need to be polished. They advertise desk in room but it is shelf not a work height with no powerpoint. So it is Not a desk. Did not get daily room service as advertised, maybe i had to ask. Lastly the shower head did not fit in the overhead holder. So it had to be used with one hand Despite above it is a very pleasant, reasonably priced well located hotel in Kololo. I hope they put attention to rooms as they the restaurant.

Great service from all the staff . Clean prompt and the food was great.

The room was so stuffy and smelly. Towel holder falling off the wall. On several Occasions reception not well attended to. Was given the impression that the room was executive but that was super crappy. I didn’t get my moneys worth

Brilliant stay Mike with room care was fantastic. Breakfast tasty fresh and eggs made to prefrence and all staff very helpfull great food presentation and smiles 😃. Definitely returning soon.

The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. The facilities need improvement.

The staff are super friendly. Restaurant was nice and food was delicious. Bed mattress is foam, not spring. The lighting in the room is very bright. Some bedside lamps would be really helpful. The garden areas make for a really tranquil setting. Overall, a fantastic stay. Thank you so much!

The cleanliness

The service at the restaurant was not the best other than the gentleman at the barista. However, the service at the reception from Stella and a dark gentleman was good. The slippers in the rooms need to be cleaned.

The EH is a fantastic value. Room was excellent- very clean, air cond was great, hot shower. The facilities - restaurant, gym, store in premises at Lee great. The best part, this hotel is smack in the middle of everything without the busy aspect found across most places in Kampala. If I go to Kampala again, definitely will stay there.

Amazing experience

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and they seem to be getting better every time.

It was an amazing stay, the staff was very polite and cooperative, it has very good location close to Acacia mall, and other tourist attractions, restaurant and lounges.

Clean and organized little hotel.

It is OK for short stay. There was no hair dryer, no fridge. No towel change unless you request.

Amazing place

Location of the hotel is fantastic rooms are very claen, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing and overwhelming. Overall fabulous place to stay.

Unique property with an urban farm and specialty local supermarket on site. The restaurant is amazing with a farm to table concept. The room is clean and comfortable but nothing fancy. Good location. Reccomend for business teavelers.

I think you would describe this as budget though it is not that cheap! Location excellent for central Kampala, staff really committed and friendly, safe and clean.
