The helicopter noise over the top of the hotel was very noticeable! At one point in the late night we actually thought a helicopter was going to land in our room. Although it was a good location to grab the Wall Street ferry.

We ordered a room with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge and this was the view shown in our confirmation email. However the room allocated to us was round the corner of the building. The advertising on Expedia was deceptive and the principal reason for booking this hotel was the view. We feel cheated and nothing was done to correct this when we complained. The free breakfast offering was disappointing. Only one drink of coffee or tea included. Not what we would expect of a high end hotel. In summary, don’t go to this hotel if you want a view of Brooklyn Bridge.

It was nice. Convenient location. A few issues with our room but staff was attentive to fix. Would have liked to have a rooftop sitting area… Friendly staff!

The room was very clean and comfortable and the location is perfect! I was surprised at check in that our room was ready but there’s a $75 fee to get into your room early (even if it’s already ready). Not sure if that’s standard in NYC.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to all Peet's of the city. The staff was very helpful and always accommodating. I would return.

The staff and the quality customer care were exceptional.. We had a small issue upon arriving and they fixed it immediately. A friend came to visit and they even opened up some parking for them. Thank you again guys you are the best we can't wait to come back to NYC and see you again soon. 😊

Fantastic location, beautiful property with great customer service. All staff were engaging, friendly and attentive. Given so much around I did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant but it smelled amazing each time I passed by. Would absolutely repeat.

Clean, close to bars & shops. Also near ferry & Brooklyn Bridge. Nice & quiet in the evening.

We had a great stay! Room had everything we needed. Tommy was amazing! So attentive. Really appreciated his tips on where to go in NYC. Highly recommend!

It’s close to seaport transit the ferry’s close to pier 17

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is located near Pier 17 which is convenient and it is situated in an area that is relatively safe. There are so many restaurants and places to explore. It is also only about a 15 minute drive from Grand Central with plenty of ubers or taxis around to go from the hotel to another destination. Highly recommend!
