everything is awesome

I like almost everything about the stay. The sheets are pretty clean. The space has nice interior design and looks pretty elegant. But the coffee machine was broken for two days. As the air conditioning is shared by all rooms ( or at least rooms on the first floor), I had to endure the incredible cold in my room for a whole day in summer. That should be fine if you bring warm clothes.

Nice clean room. Love that it was a church at one time. Had my coffee on the deck every morning. Close to downtown; I rode my bike. Host replied quickly when I asked questions. Very good price.

It's not a five star hotel but in some ways it's better. It's a cute and clean place with free parking and snacks. It's a short ride from downtown Atlanta.

Alecia was an amazing host, the property was clean, quiet and comfortable. She responded quickly to requests (including one late at night when I misplaced the key haha) she was very friendly. Plenty of free snacks were a great touch and I enjoyed breakfast everyday. I had my own private bathroom that had plenty of amenities if you forget anything!

Great relaxing stay, business trip was a resounding success

The room was very good, clean and the devices worked very well. The snacks, tea materials and fruits were provided free which was very useful. The only issue with my stay was the processing of the door code, which was unnecessary very stressful. If you are using the place you are advised to process the door code several days in advance and listen to the supplied instructions and get clarifications several days in advance.

It was clean, but not so great on the media portion, my wifi worked well, but no functioning television set in my room. Alecia was kind and explained to use the one outside the room, but again, just not as personal. She gifted us with foods for breakfast, free filtered water, and chips and such. However we were asked to not cook which surprised me. Figured I would have access to the kitchen fully. It was a good place to stay and was cool!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Lage ist gut. Man ist 12 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt und 20 Autominuten von Downtown. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt hier. Ich kann Alecia B&B auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Our room was absolutely amazing. It was beyond our expectations. The snacks are an added touch that made us feel at home. We will definitely stay with alecia every time that we are in the area.

The owner was very nice. The property was beautiful and I would very much stay there again!

Clean nice and quiet

I wish there was better communication. Questions did not get answered. Also deep bleach smell in the room and the entire house. Breaded was minimal. Do not recommend.

Clean quit home

This property was inside an old converted church and it was remodeled beautifully. The hard wood floors were polished and buttery smooth. The room was nice and quiet with great ceiling fans. Nice big walk-in shower and bathroom. Plenty of street parking. The common area was really well-stocked with food, snacks, kitchen supplies, and many other amenities. We especially enjoyed the muffins and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches! Several big comfortable couches and great lighting and ceiling fans invited us to relax in the common area. There were so many little touches that clearly show how much the property manager cares for their property and the guests (even ear plugs in the bathroom). The neighborhood was nice and quiet and set behind the main drag. Although some of the surrounding streets seemed a bit sketchy, and is perhaps an area in transition, there were plenty of cameras and security measures in place so it never felt uncomfortable. It was the perfect location for an easy 10-15 minute Lyft/Uber ride into downtown for our convention. We would absolutely stay again!

It was great!

The owner is one of the nicest people I've met, so considerate and kind. The place I stayed at was the most cleanest place too. The amenities are great, they had snacks restocked everytime. Whenever and whatever you would need, it was there. It's a quiet area and not far from Town either. Definitely recommend this place to everyone and I'm usually very picky too.
