Staff was great, rooftop was nice with good vibes. Room was nice except the AC wasn’t working well the first night and the hallway was stuffy and had a smell.
Over all the hotel was good and I’d go back again. I was surprised to see the amount of homelessness around the area and the streets were dirty. They kept it off the block but it was 1 block either direction. I felt safe at the property itself.
Staff was wonderful and helpful!!

Great location in the Gaslamp District. Easy access to tons of amazing shops, restaurants and bars. Museums, parks and zoos nearby as well as Petco stadium. Service was top notch and I loved the rooftop pool. One of the best places I’ve stayed at recently!!

had bed bugs, my friends and i got bitten. The ac was also broken and all they offrered us was a broken fan that fell on my friends head. They never let us know when the ac unit was up and running and this was in the summer time may 2025

The property itself was nice and clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive. However, the room was smaller than expect, towels were rough and the bathroom set up was terrible. They offer valet parking (overnight stay) for $65, but you can park a few blocks down for $25/night.
