Stay here every time we go to Pigeon Forge. Always a great stay.

We LOVED our stay! The room was LARGE and immaculate! The staff was ABOVE and BEYOND helpful and friendly! This was our first time staying but we WILL be back!

The staff were wonderful and they offered several extra little treats and touches however, It is a very old hotel and the rooms were very dated and smelled old even though they appeared clean. My main complaint was the bathroom door would not close all the way and it was very badly damaged. The room felt very cramped because of the oversized furniture.

Room had odor and breakfast was across street with1 hour rate

From check in to leaving couldn’t recommend this hotel enough the room was extremely clean couldn’t find dust anywhere even checked the top of door frames and the staff was friendly and and busy taking care of the property never seen anything out of place vary nice stay

Everyone was so nice! The location was fantastic. The property was so beautiful and well kept and close to everything! I would love to come back!

It was a great place to stay

This was a great place. They are new owners and working on the place but you don't notice that much. It was quiet for the area it was in. We are more private balcony people but as our room was on the end, it wasn't bad. Everyone was extremely nice. The area near the river that's advertised to fish at and play football, etc. needed the grass cut to really enjoy the area, but it was clean.

Beautiful landscaping, friendly staff, clean rooms

Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Flowers and grounds around hotel are beautiful. Free water, coffee, tea, lemonade, and doughnuts in lobby area. Very family friendly. Small areas for groups to gather at the end of each floor, and a bigger covered area with fire pit and rocking chairs and another gathering place in the pool area. Everything needed to make s’mores by the fire pit each evening, plus Campfire Bill, a fantastic, fun musician, played a couple of the nights we were there.

Traveling to Pigeon Forge for years and never knew this place existed. I’m hesitant to leave this review so as to not let the secret out of this hidden paradise. Well managed is an understatement and the housekeeping at this location should give in-service training throughout Pigeon Forge. Absolutely first class.. well done owners and management!

Great place to stay…

Ease of check in and location

The property is centrally located and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was nice. The room is pretty dated and could use some updating/refreshing. I did not like that they advertise free breakfast but it’s not at the property it’s across the street at a restaurant and only includes one stack of pancakes and coffee. The wait time for the elevator was long. Otherwise everything was as expected.

I really enjoyed staying here . The staff was very friendly. The location was great. I enjoyed listening to the music at the fire pit. The room was very clean. I wished I could have bought the shower home with me. We will have to stay there again.

Room was nice, the bed was super comfy. All of the staff were nice and friendly. The fresh doughnuts and fruit in the lobby were nice. And pool is open 24 hours!
