Hotel situated in great, safe-feeling area with lots of restaurant options. Comfortable room. First daily housekeeping we've had in a hotel since the pandemic. No restaurants but good food and beverage options on offer in the lobby.

The hotel's location is perfect. It is close to the Foggy Bottom-GWU metro station. The front desk staffs are friendly. The room is big enough and comfortable, but a little bit dark. During my three-day stay at the hotel, the room is quiet. One thing that could be improved is the air conditioning. The air conditioner is a bit noisy and dusty. It should be cleaned more frequently.

The hotel did not arrange to add a rollaway bed to room which I was checked with the hotel before and they agreed to do so. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that they could not add the rollaway bed to the room. Finally, after arguing with the manager, they agreed to add the bed. This experience made me so unsatisfactory and loss of trust to this hotel.

We stayed two nights at this place.there was one night it was very noisy outside of our door , sounds some people are standing near our door in the hallway and talking and laughing so loud, it kept about couple hours and it was late night. I couldn’t sleep and called front desk and was told there’s nothing they can do. It was so bad experience.

First the sheet is very clean. Other than that the stay was not recommended at all. If your room is on first floor then it is terrible for all the noise both from outside and from your neighbors. You can hear neighbor talking on the phone and even the other one.

Room 302 bathroom door was not functional. Pocket door did not shut.
