conveniently located, great lively neighborhood, close to LGA. Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. But beware of parking... they have very limited on-site parking, which was fortunately available for my stay, but if not available, street parking is already packed, would be hard to find near the hotel.

Front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful.
Housekeeping staff was courteous and accommodating.
The lobby and other common areas were kept very clean. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to NYC.

Pictures can be deceiving. This hotel is nowhere near as nice IRL as compared to the pictures. Very spartan, dated and cheap. Not a safe feeling area. Very close to LGA is why I booked it and why it exists. Staff was friendly and it was quiet.

It's easy to find even if you are completely new to the area. I recommend taking the ferry from Manhattan to Astoria and then Q19 bus from the ferry terminal. Going to LaGuardia Airport was super easy -- took me less than 20 minutes from the front desk to the terminal.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I am glad I chose this hotel.

Hotel fit out needs. Reasonably priced, close to public transportation. Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. Limited parking. Call ahead. Alternate parking offside.
