清潔隊尚可，附近住宅區安靜但餐館不多，櫃檯人員較冷漠

房間寬敞，有個簡易的微波爐小廚房很方便

The room are very noise The front desk Young girl call katy and short men are very unfriendly , so rude to guest Only the another tel front desk are helpful only The room are too the noise. We tell the staff Katy , she ask me call agents to complaint . So funny . Especially the short one front young men told us it is normal . We need to accept the traffic noise even the room are need road .the window are not functional . We can sleeve whole night . Finally the another front desk help us change room another . Even they give us a small room as down grade . But it at least not so noise . However they still charge same price of rooms The breafast is so poor also .very dirty at all

Comfy warm stay

The hotel itself is quite nice, but the beds are very small. One of us had to sleep on the floor because two people did not fit comfortably in the beds. The surrounding area is very loud because of construction and street noise, but that’s to be expected in Brooklyn.

Very nice boutique hotel. The staff was friendly. The elevator was broken on the day we checked out. Lots of construction nearby. The beds were exceedingly comfortable though!

The is very good from a certain community. It’s not a place for youngsters or people who live unorthodox life. But I must say it’s not really far from all the action. Zero entertainment or facilities except the room -nice size

Check in was at 3. Room was rdy at 6

The bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was fine. The room phone didn’t work. The room was pretty bare bones. No ironing board or iron. What really made this stay so poor was the fact that my room wasn’t prepared for check-in until almost 6 PM. The girl at the front-desk said they were understaffed. Why book to a capacity you cannot accommodate?? I missed an event I had driven four hours to attempt and attend. I slept OK, noise wasn’t an issue and I was able to get myself clean. But maybe I’ve learned my lesson this time and need to exercise extreme caution when considering a stay at a small boutique hotel. Aura will not see me again.

I liked the hotel staff snd accommodations. They had no food service but their location wasn't in proximity of food choices outside of their ethnic population.

It’s very good place

Very basic hotel.

Room was dirty, some items broken, found used condom wrappers in the drawer, sheets were stained and worst part is it had bed bugs and had to throw away a lot of my belongings to avoid taking them home. So sad I prepaid for 3 nights on this app and couldn’t get a refund to move elsewhere.

The hotel was very disappointing and inconvenient. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Our room door wasn’t secure, and the side doors were not properly locked. We had to call maintenance to fix the locks so we could feel safe. The hotel itself looked run-down and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, on our last day while checking out, housekeeping repeatedly knocked loudly on our door, demanding we leave immediately. We only needed a couple of extra minutes, but they were very rude and insensitive. The front desk staff witnessed this but did nothing to intervene. Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the conditions were unsafe. I would not stay here again.

Space for improvement

Comfortable bed, nice that there are only 5 or so rooms per floor. Liked the apartment-ish vibe with the microwave, mini-fridge, and sink. It was easier to keep groceries and cut down on the cost of eating out. Definitely worse for wear in some areas (peeling paint, stained/dented walls) but overall a safe, decent place to stay in Bed-Stuy

I was happily surprised with how big the room was! The hotel is a walk away from the subway but not too crazy of a walk. Brooklyn Navy yard is also pretty walkable! Would stay here again. 9/10!

The check in was easy and well informative on the rules time to check in and out. The hotel room was clean well spaced good amenities and overall a really good visit.
