Wonderful experience

Close proximity to crater lake

Excellent location. Very clean and comfy bed. Just need to replace the burn out light bulb from the bathroom and chair cover. Other than that, everything is perfect. Thank you.

Everything was clean and perfect. Staff were welcoming and kind.

The location worked well because it was relatively close to Crater Lake NP. Being located in an industrial park area isn’t ideal aesthetically, but the space it’s in looks well kept. The included breakfast was better than most hotels and the woman that took care of the breakfast area was really nice and helpful. She recently moved to White City from Cottage Grove MN. People like her make visits more pleasurable!

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Great shower. Room was clean. Easy location and parking. A/C works great. The walls are rather thin; we could hear the neighbors coughing. We could also hear folks walking around on the floor above us. It’s best to at least keep the A/C fan running all night to drown out those noises.

Front desk staff was friendly, breakfast was very simple and some were empty in supply.

I had accidentally booked this hotel twice and cannot seem to get a response from anybody at Hotels.com for a refund on the extra room.

A decent place to stay after a long day hiking! Bed was comfortable with basic amenities.

I stay here often, the rooms are always clean, staff is helpful and the breakfast was much improved.

Greeted with a warm welcome. Very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning to start the day.

Great place for the cost. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Elevator needs to have a booster put on it. Was a 4 story hotel. Use to a 2 or 3- probably part of it.

We will continue to stay at this hotel.
