First room smelled of smoke they changed us right away.

Room was not fit to stay in(bed bugs, filthy bathroom, moldy smell. Was in town one night due my mother’s wedding. Bc it’s summer and stayed in Sat night, no other hotels had available rooms, so that we could leave. Switched first room bc of bed bugs, second room had no bed bugs, but bedding not the cleanest and bath so dirty had to leave without a shower. Now I can’t get a refund for the $179 its cost. Expects is supposed to be contacting me regarding stay/refund

Front desk clerk was amazing and helpful, room was clean and had everything you needed

This is probably top 2 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life The smell of illicit smoke as I walk into the hotel area was ridiculous Then we get to our room which I specified to be non smoking and the disgusting smell of cigarettes as you enter ,had me coughing all night. I’ll be at a walk-in today if it doesn’t stop. We have stayed at numerous best westerns over the past 10 years or so. Hardly ever a problem . Even if it was a so so stay . But I felt the need to write a review about how awful this place smelled. . In hopes that other people don’t have a bad experience like we did Even my wife who is an ex smoker said it was so gross in that room. Please don’t let this fall on deaf ears . This makes me not wanna ever stay at another best western ever again. I never ask for a refund , but I would be disappointed if we weren’t refunded for this

Bad, just really bad.

Stated here a second time with my family for a lacrosse tournament. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke and the room was not very clean. The staff was friendly but the hotel itself needs to be refreshed and deep cleaned.

Excellent place to stay

Entire hallway and room smelled like mold. Horrible stale musty smell. Plus the smell of weed at every entrance. We've stayed in Dover many times during our April vacations, and this place was the worst quality. Hard to believe it's the same price as Microtel across the street.

For the money, it was a good stay. Property needs some updates

Hallways had a bad odor of cigarettes, sticky room floors, bed and sheets where not addressed when we came back to our room, bed was hard and flat like sleeping on the floor. Only good thing was the breakfast.

Property smelled like smoke and marijaunia. Fight in the hall, very dirty, Smokey rooms, parking lot had damaged cars and people sleeping in a car. Horrible experience. Not safe.

The posted pictures are NOT what the rooms look like at all. The bed springs make noise when sat on the bed. Felt the springs. (Found out they are 20 years old). Hair in the shower. Let’s just say we left and found another place to stay. I have NEVER done that before but I did not feel like it was clean enough to push myself to stay 2 nights.

The check in clerk was friendly and informative. Unfortunately you could still smell cigarette smoke in the non smoking room and bed was really uncomfortable.

I reported a broken beer bottle by the entrance door on 2nd floor about 5:00 Saturday evening & 7:30 Sunday morning it’s still there. Hotel hallway smelled of weed but that’s the clientele. Floor in room was sticky & dirty. Poor maintenance in shower & poor paint job in room. First & Last time At hotel 1

Nice place, nice staff, reasonable price, nice rooms. If I had to complain about something it would be that our king size bed's mattress was hard as a board and hubby and myself have bad backs and didn't sleep well during our stay. However, I did not complain about it to them. I would go again ( I'd just request another room)
