Very clean, friendly staff and very prompt housekeeping.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut in Oldtown. Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel sollte die Zimmer renovieren lassen.

Area is nice. The rooms themselves are quite small and A/C units don't cool down the rooms effiencently. Breakfast buffet is lack luster. Some of the sketchiest elevators I have been on.

it was nice, not knowing that we were gonna have turned down services every day that we were there coming back to a freshly made bed and clean town in our room was amazing

Yo lo recomiendo 100%, es un hotel muy bueno, limpio, organizado, facil de llegar y si vas por una graduación de la Marina, que fue la razón de nuestro viaje altamente lo recomiendo

Very outdated furniture and beds. The beds here are not true to size and the shutters don’t close completely for privacy in your room. What’s up with the sliding door for the restroom with a tiny lock??? View was amazing but definitely not going to book again.

Love the location. Can upgrade the rooms a bit.

Very nice facility at old town and close to all other sights

The look of the property was totally old California- sprawling and beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and lovely. The parking is awful.

The grounds were beautiful and decor kept with the spirit of Old Town San Diego. They only complaint I would have is that very very early in the morning on level three workers kept going back-and-forth with their cart and it was extremely noisy and I did not get to enjoy sleeping in as our checkout wasn’t until 11 AM.

The room was very excellent and restful

400 rooms are close to the city noise. Dump trucks and car noise. Units in 300 are much better.

I usually stay here two nights every three months, No more....Front desk staff were very nice, but housekeeping were rude, they look upset , I said good morning and they just look at you with a rude attitude rolled their eyes and just ignore you. And it's not the first time! They were hairs by the sofa, No water. Rooms looks they need to be updated, The pillows were saggy, parking lot is very reduced,. Elevators are old and ditty, They smell. I'm hoping because it was a busy weekend. It was very loud, You can hear everything from the hall, up to the room's upstairs. The room beside us had a baby kept crying most of the night. The property looks dirty, There was a Tequila factory restaurant, We were there at 10am, There is no service un til 11am. Breakfast was until 10am, and until 11 am were available. It's just disappointing this used to be such an amazing hotel, not anymore!
