入住时酒店让我登机家庭地址。我很奇怪问为什么？前台服务员告知，经常有顾客忘了东西在他们酒店。他们可以帮忙寄回去。感觉很好。那里的营业员都非常和善。

Clean and comfortable, town a little strange, really no place to have dinner.

Good value

Booked the room expecting a Hot Tub and a Pool. Hot Tub was out of order, and the pool had a "Filter" issue so it was closed as well. The room was decent, but the bathroom door would not close properly and the Room's main door would have trouble latching. A neighbor slammed their door and made our door pop open. I am just grateful I was in the room at the time. Our key cards deprogrammed themselves no less than 4 times - including twice on day one. I could have saved money on a "cheaper" place but thought this would have everything I was looking for. Nope.

I liked the room, citrus soaps & lotion.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia con la primer habitacion que nos dieron, estaba llena de pelos de perro por todos lados hasta la cama, pero la recepcionista nos asigno una mejor despues.

Great property. Really enjoyed the comfort of the stay and the breakfast! We stayed on the first floor which did have very poor wifi in the room. If you require good wifi, my only recommendation would be to ask to stay on anofher floor. Overall very happy with our stay and would visit again.

It was nice having 2 sinks! The balcony was also a nice feature. Nice staff

The electric company shut off the power in what appeared to be a planned outage. No generator backup meant no refrigeration, no lights, not able to use a needed sleep device, no air etc. Power came back on at 3:30 am with all the lights and clocks on. Exterior doors were flimsy, could see light around the entire frame and hear everything outside. Room was very clean and breakfast had a lot of options.

The ac unit was noisy and did not work well. Got super hot middle of the night. Uncomfortable bed

Can’t really give a complete review on this place. We checked in near midnight after 9 hours of planes/airports followed by a 7 hour drive to get here. But we slept really good and the beds were comfy. The continental breakfast was very good with lots of options including bacon!

Nothing like what was presented online: Homeless people in parking lot and prostitues on corner of street. We had to immediately leave could not stay because our safety was compromised.

It was nice and close to The Redwoods

The rate is a little higher than I’d expect for this basic quality of a property, but there are limited options in the area. If you want to see the redwoods or just in the area, it’s a clean quiet place to crash. The staff is all very friendly and they have a decent breakfast. The hot tub was out of commission while I was here.

Employees were nice. TV remote needed new batteries, the bed was way too soft. They had a few ants. The room & bedding were clean. Breakfast was good.

It’s scary.

Cleanliness

Efficient check in but hotel parking lot was very run down with strong urine odor - likely from homeless people in the area. I did not feel safe. I was not going to venture outside after dark. A/C unit was very noisy. Breakfast was pretty good. However I would not stay there again because of how unsafe I felt.

Staff were really friendly, but had to request additional supplies for hotel room and spa was non-operational.

Very nice lady at the front desk. She gave me restaurant recommendations and showed me a menu from the one she highly recommended. The room was very nice, clean and overlooked the pool area. Great place to stay. I can’t say much for the town though—quite run down!
