The carpet in the room was filthy. I had to wear my shoes when I was walking and every time I got the elevator, there is marijuana smell.

We loved the view of the Columbia river…very nice room…clean

Not the 1st time I stayed. But I recommend nothing below anyone. 4th floor or move on to the next hotel. People above us stomped around all night the first night I called nothing happened our first morning. They were stomping around at 7 AM. Next night they’re stomping all around could hardly fall asleep and stomping around at 6 AM. Complete BS and they did nothing about it. I was so tired and asked for a late check out and charge me $50 to try to get an extra two hours of sleep when I believe the housekeepers came in stomping all around. So no! 4th floor maybe but try to be respectful if someone’s below you

We enjoyed it very much. Room was clean and quiet.

Front desk gal was not accommodating. We pulled in very late, it was after 10pm. Saw we had a third child who is freaking little. Made us pay for another room and separate our family of 5. Was not planning on spending another $400 last night but she made us. Won’t be staying at best western again.

It was really noisy because my room was close to the semi truck driver and my bed was dirty

This was an OK place to stay. The Manager is rude but other than that the place was decent.

Expedia is a bs scam

We stayed 4 nights. One night the people beside us had their TV on loud ALL NIGHT. Told the front desk the next morning, but they didn't seem to care.

This property is in need of a serious update. The room was dark and the shower had one tiny shelf to put your toiletries on. The floor lamp switch was broken and there were limited outlets and no USB ports. The bed was comfortable and despite its age the room was clean. Breakfast was just okay. The staff were friendly.

Good size room (we had a king). Good breakfast. Super friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay there again.

They charged my card prior to checking in, even though I selected ‘pay at the property “. There was construction around the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful!
