Staff including front desk and housekeeping were great. Restaurant was only average overall. Nice property but definitely aging.

Fort Ticonderoga was only 10 minutes away. Downtown was only 2 minutes away. The room was sort of dated with worn carpet and very poor lighting. We had 2 beds in our room. One was lumpy and one was not. No premium channels on the tv. The restaurant was very good,but had a limited menu. The waitress kept using the phrase "guys" to address us. It was somewhat disrespectful. We thought the breakfast was delicious and hot. Wonderful friendly staff.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good with multiple options. We had dinner at the restaurant right on site. This hotel is on a quiet street and is close to Ticonderoga attractions. We would stay there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms everywhere. In house resturant was good - don't believe bad reviews. A great stay.

Breakfast was really terrible - out of yogurt, out of bacon, limited selection, old pre-wrapped low-end commercial baked goods, very salty pre-made and re-heated eggs - manager said they were waiting for deliveries - C'mon. Don't bother if you can't get it even adequate. First room they assigned us wreaked of cigarette smoke - they were nice about moving us, and said that the housekeeping staff should have flagged the room... but it was gross.

It’s an older hotel, but the room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Loved that there was a restaurant in the hotel. The food was a bit pricy but it was tasty. Would def stay again.

We have found this to be far and away the best place in town to stay for a visit to Fort Ticonderoga. Everything is always well maintained, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's very convenient to have the excellent Burgoyne Grill within the hotel. There are cheaper options in town, but none that we would stay at a second time.

The hotel was basically just adequate for 1 overnight stay. Adly, the hotel is terribly outdated with ancient carpet, paint job that looks very much mid 90s. The AC unit in the room is very loud and ratlibg and the refrigerator in the room made a terrible whine and we had to unplug. The sheets were clean and the bed was okay. This is place is way overdue for a make over,but given the lack of choice in the area it likely wont happen.

The place needs to be updated. The restaurant was understaffed. We could not even enter the restaurant because they did not have enough people.

It may seem a bit remote compared with other properties, but it suits its neighborhood. Good wifi and very clean overall. Attached restaurant was above the standard for dinner offerings and breakfast buffet.

You needed supervision to use the pool and jacuzzi

Totally unimpressed. Not friendly, uninterested in my experience The hotel is 3rd rate at best Hot tub was not in full service Couldn’t close curtains, we were on the first floor Called front desk & he said he couldn’t help me

Excellent facility

Check in was easy. Room & bed were comfortable. We did put out the tag to have the room cleaned so we could get more towels (Handicapped shower leaked water out of the stall because the curtain (not water proof - only water resistant) was not low enough to keep the water in the shower pan which did not have a good slope to funnel the water down the drain

Poorly prepared for breakfast (free), no coffee, running out of food. Also price point was at least 50% to high for quality of the property. I will certainly not be staying here again.

Not very happy this year. Upon arriving our room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. I did alert the desk. My son went for breakfast at 7 and there wasn't anything left and food not replaced so he got up at 6 the next morning right when it started to make sure he got something. The hot tub had sand in the bottom and wasn't clean. The room itself was clean. Housekeeping did a beautiful job with the initial setup of our room and the desk staff was so friendly and helpful!! Loved all of the workers ❤️

While the hotel was serviceable it was less than expected at the price level.

Suck stay from Ticonderoga fort. Carpet in the room needs cleaning or replacing.

Everything in our room was very clean but our bed was super uncomfortable. The pool/hottub area was nice but could have been cleaner. For what we got I don’t think it was worth the money.
