This resort was great. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Irina at the bar was incredible! The shuttle service was perfect for an easy ride down to Duval.

The developer combined two or more pre existing properties and the result is impressive. The rooms are very clean and nice, but not lavish. Very much an island feel to the entire property. Multiple pools and bars, good food made in multiple food trucks around the property. There is a Starbucks on campus as well. Live entertainment in the afternoons by the pools. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous. Definitely will return.

I will start with the good… the rooms looked exactly like the pictures, they were clean, the beds were comfy and the pool area was nice.
Unfortunately, the bad out weighed the good. Starting with the most important thing, all the hidden fees they try to hit you with at checkout. Make sure you ask for an itemized bill at checkout because they tried running up my whole security deposit on crazy fees then when asking to speak to the manager the front desk staff said oh wait that’s not correct let me fix it but still had lots of hidden taxes and fees. Then when we checked out, they charged my card an additional $15 for something that was supposed to be a free credit for food and drinks for booking through Expedia. They also charge a hefty resort fee and also will try to make you pay for parking.
My group had 2 rooms and we stayed for 5 nights. House keeping only came in one time and that’s because we found her in another room and asked if she could please do our rooms. We had to continuously ask for clean towels and had to wait for hours for someone to bring them up, we made our own beds and went and bought trash bags so we could keep our room cleanly and we took our trash out. I was very disappointed in the hospitality here and overall disappointed in how they do business. It seemed very shady the way they tried to add on all these extra fees at checkout. While we were down there we heard many people having the same issues. I would not recommend this hotel.

Family had a good experience. All staffing was polite and helpful. We got the breakfast deal the outdoor bar that served us was nice it was a good deel and food was pretty good. Lots of recreational opportunities.
