Clean room, easy access to the beach and great location, easy check in and parking. Will be back!

Great option to stay for easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and SeaWorld

The Boardwalk is a fantastic spot to stay on Mission Bay - close to the bay, the ocean, the downtown area of Pacific Beach, and the theme park. It's a nice blend of the perks of an Airbnb (full kitchen and dining area) while still having front desk staff around for questions. Over the course of a few days, we borrowed beach chairs, SUPs, and bikes from Cheap Rentals around the corner. The rental process is easy and they'll even hold your luggage after you check out. The beach and the bay are only a block away in opposite directions and the bike trail around the bay is right behind the hotel. One recommendation for travelers - use this outdoor shower shown in the photo to rinse off sand before entering the room. They clean every other day, so you don't want sand everywhere.

We really liked the Boardwalk Hotel with its modern decor and walkable location. We will stay here again!

We had a great getaway. The room was adorable and perfect for what we needed. We were on the bay side, but since it was at a light, it is a super quick walk over to the beach. I would grab coffee at the corner shop and go to the beach early and just enjoy listening to the waves. Location was perfect.

Everything was wonderful! The only frustration was not able to find parking in the lots nearby. There was a parking spot (#9) empty the entire day we stayed but it wasn't available to reserve.

Incredibly charming. The room and amenities were exactly as advertised. Perfect location, great staff, absolutely charming. Was not inexpensive, but we certainly felt that we got our moneys worth and more!

Great location. Walkable to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Online check in was a breeze. Staff available on text was convenient. The room was clean and nicely decorated.

It was a perfect getaway for my kids and I. The location is great and the free amenities was a bonus and cost effective for us!

The room itself is outstanding. It reminds me of boutique style hotels in South Beach. Location to Mission Beach is great. The bad news is they only have about 10 parking places and you must reserve one far in advance. Most are for small cars too. This caused a lot of stress for loading / unloading my truck during check in / out. There is an overnight paid parking 6 minute walk north of hotel on Mission Blvd. This is very inconvenient. I would only stay here again if FIRST I reserved a parking spot. No parking reservation move on. Plenty of other nice hotels in the area with lots of parking places. The room itself was charming. I brought a single inflatable bed for my grandson and it fit fine. You could fit 2 of them on the floor if needed. The bathroom has a bidet which is awesome. Staff is friendly.

We loved that it was just minites from the beach, the Bay and shopping and dining. We made lots of memories and the weather was perfect.

newly renovated. clean. close to the bay and mission beach.Love king bed, but king sofa bed is not verycomfortable. I could feel the bar on my back. preventing a good night sleep. Other than that everything is nice.
