L'Hotel si trova in una posizione comodissima, al centro di tutto! Le camere sono rinnovate con stile e dotate di ogni confort.( anche la macchina Nespresso) La mia camera aveva uno spettacolare terrazzo arredato con vista sull'Empire.Il Personale ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso ed è sempre disponibile ad aiutarti in qualsiasi esigenza

My second stay here in just a few weeks-I LOVE this hotel! The staff are amazing-so friendly and kind. Always helpful, will be back again for sure. A great location-you can walk to so many great shops, restaurants, and the hotel is just wonderful.

Excellent hotel right in the heart of Manhattan.. there’s restaurants with loads of outdoor seating on the same street as the street is pedestrianised. Checking in takes a few minutes and staff are so nice and welcoming. The rooms are a nice size with tea/coffee and free water. Everywhere in the hotel is extremely clean. The guys in reception are always there to help with any questions/luggage or whatever the need. Anthony & Michael were the two we saw most and they were just so friendly. Will definitely be back

The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Jarvis at the front bell station. The location couldn't have been better. Close to the subway and walking distance to many great Manhattan attractions.
The room was beautiful and pristine. It did not have a gym or pool, but we would not have taken time away from the other NYC attractions to use these anyway.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff, perfect location! I can't wait to stay again. I was a little concerned about parking but the hotel gives you several options for parking garages they are affiliated with. It averaged out to be about $35/day to park in one of the lots near the hotel, with the hotel discount. (Which if you know NYC - that is a deal!)

En general todo estuvo muy bien en el hotel; cómodo, excelente servicio por parte del todo el staff, habitación amplia, excelente ubicación. Solo mejoraria el servicio de camaristas en temas minimos, como dejar vasos limpios, rellenar snacks (que el hotel te cobra obligatorio). Todo lo demas, genial. El servicio de recepción, de los mejores.
