Good location , close to shopping mall, quiet and easy parking.

What I liked about the property the staff was pleasant. It felt a little unsafe. Doors are too loud. I could hear the doors slam through the whole night. I booked for a suite did not look like the suite that I viewed online.

Quiet, good location, nice breakfast

My family and i lived the multi bed suite! Gave us all enough room and didn't feel like we were crammed in.

My room was very clean and smelled nice. Breakfast was delicious!

The water in the toilet tank ran from time to time/

We had booked the suite for our family for our weekend getaway. As soon as we walked in the door our room was very warm. Their air conditioner had stopped working. Shortly after that the toilet broke as well. They were really good about sending someone to fix the toilet and AC, however the AC was still not working after he was done. That night I discovered that there was old trash behind the TV. I did let the front desk know. All in all, save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help with anything we needed.

Older but clean facility; outdated bathrooms

Understaffed, loud noisy narrow hall. Terrible cold breakfast. Never again. Neither of us got any sleep.

Everything was great. The people, cleanliness, pool, breakfast and the area.

It was very comfortable, great location. Only bad part was the pool and hot tub had so much chemicals in it, it was burning our eyes.

It was just ok. The free breakfast was ok at best. The shower head leaked the tub creaking as you shower some of the wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. We notice a black insect in the room. It was just ok . I would go else where is elsewhere hadn’t been sold out.

Stayed here three nights. Staff were super friendly and check in was nice. The beds are super uncomfortable and outdated. I asked for room service after our second day. I just needed towels and toilet paper. I came back after a long day and it hadn’t been done. My kids didn’t want to get in the pool because of how dirty it looked. The breakfast was really good. I just had to wait for it and coffee.

Look like some homeless people were camping around the area

The hotel was ok, but the pool wasn't clean, the tiles in the hot tub were broken, and I had to get rid of bugs several times. The area was right across the street from a homeless encampment.
