The water park area was great for the kids but it could benefit from some intense cleaning of the tile in the pool and hot tub area.

This place is somewhat clean and dirty, very old fashioned, they have a lot of room and very long walk distance

The pull out couch in our room had obviously not been cleaned since the last person who used it. It was full of crumbs and dirt. Also, the hot tub felt like it had sand on the bottom floor and needed to be cleaned.

The Restaurant barender was great, Nice to get $ off 3 drinks. Beds were very comfy, nice big bathroom. The chlorine smell lasted lingering down hallways from rhe pool. We had spider webbs and spider in our room. The air-conditioner cover was haning off the unit. They did come and fix

The water park in the hotel was amazing. My kid (and I) had a really nice time. It’s a really good place to stay for the price. I highly recommend it.

came down there for some surgery stuff , when we checked in we told the attendent about it and was never offered or even told about 15% off for St Marys Hospital . When in the hot tub only 1 jet worked , Surgery day came back for breakfast and eggs and sausage were cold and yucky. Hot tub did not work entire 4 day stay ... Our room was nice clean , wake up call was on time

Getting outdated and run down but staff was great, pool was fun, breakfast was good. Clean enough but not great. Would probably go back.

First day early food was cold. Next days much better. I like two pull out couches. No exhaust in bathroom so a mold issues on the ceiling

The room was average. The hotel itself was fairly clean although you could tell that housekeeping was not a priority. There was frequently dirty towels, garbage and linens sitting in the hallways for sometimes an entire day waiting to be picked up. I have never stayed at hotel that housekeeping never came in. We were there for a full week and never had full housekeeping. When i asked at the front desk for someone to come in, the response was not pleasant. The first time (on day 4), they sent someone in while we were gone and they only emptied 1 garbage and took some of the dirty towels while leaving the others in a pile on the bathroom floor. No beds made, no toilet paper filled, etc. The second time(on day 5), they sent someone to the room with a few towels and toilet paper (since we were out) and that was it.

The staff was great, and gave us complimentary drink tickets at check in and my kids loved the pool area

With 3 children who love to swim, we booked specifically for the pool/splash pad. It was just as nice as the pictures, but what wasn't was the circus going on inside when we got there. I would compare it to a summer day in the Dells where there was no where to sit around the pool, children were flying around unattended and occupancy for the area itself was definitely way over capacity. It wasn't safe, not even for the kids to use the splash pad slide because of older children acting like they just did 15 whip-its. Sadly, we had to exit without using the feature we truly booked the hotel for in the first place. Live and learn... next time we're passing through, we'll stick to the more popular, water featured hotel.

Check in was quick, our room was in view of pool. Free breakfast free wifi.
