Clean with nice courtyard. Friendly staff

It is right in the heart of Fishkill off I-84 with plenty of shopping and restaurants that are institutions. Yet, in the hubus of everything is this lovely courtyard with a beautiful oasis of trees and manicured pockets of quiet views. The hotel is older but built to last with an ambience of relaxation for the traveler. I highly recommend this Courtyard!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The sofa and all the furniture seemed somewhat well used. We loved the balcony. It was a good nights sleep. Breakfast was pricey so we skipped it.

Courtyard by Marriott was a great place to stay. Friendly and accommodating staff, common areas were well kept and had a great ambiance. The room was very comfortable with high end linens and most importantly exceptionally clean. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel and nice staff

Good enough

This is my Worse hotel stay in a longtime. Here the details 1-Checked in . Walked to the room to find dirty Carpet. Had to ask a housekeeper that happened to be on the floor to come and vacuum. 2-toilet flush needs tinkering every time you flush so it won’t keep the water running. 3- small fridge Does Not work. 4- Then : Without mentioning at check in housekeeping only every 2days. Including towels changing. When I inquired at the front desk I was met with A Rude answer “that’s the policy here”. I asked for fresh towels. She asked me how many ? I said I need 6 for 3 people . Answer: only 1 per person !! At this point I did not bother to argue with her. I just said: send whatever. This is the service you get for $310/ night in This hotel. Not even body lotion. Checking out Sunday morning at 10am the lobby men’s bathroom trash over flowing. Luckily we were 3 friends determined to have a good time. So we laughed at the terrible service and rude staff. Needless to say , we are not staying in this hotel again.

Decor was drab. Property was very close to a main road and landscaping was dull and unimaginative.

Pool was green with what looked like pubic hair floating on top. Disorganized check in. Not a welcoming environment for the price.

Very good stay. The only issue was the TV didn’t work

The Merriott staff was absolutely exceptional: personable, always available, interactive, and willing to go above and beyond the last mile.

The absolute best thing about The Courtyard is its wonderful staff. There are not enough superlatives to describe them. Professional? Absolutely, but individually, the performance and dedication of each and every staff member goes WELL beyond that. They consistently go above and beyond - and then the extra miles above that. They were always friendly, engaging, conversational, helpful, interactive, and personable. A wonderful group that made our stay that much more enjoyable. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Loved the property room could be updated but still great

noisy air conditioner, plugs in bathroom loose, hot water in shower limited, sink faucet loose and dirty

Beds were very comfortable, rooms were quiet and front desk staff were helpful. Avoid the cafe downstairs. It says Starbucks coffee but tasted nothing like Starbucks or any kind of coffee really. I had to send mine back because it tasted like water, and the cafe worker didn't know what to do but add a shot of espresso to it, which tasted even worse. The cafe is also very expensive, so I felt pretty ripped off. I would expect much higher food standards and service from a Marriott/Starbucks.
