The staff at the front desk, bar area and breakfast attendant was very friendly and polite to include accommodating. We had a small issue with our room and the staff was amazing with understanding and kind. They really made our stay wonderful.

The hotel room is very old. Even if you lie on the bed and turn over gently, it will make a harsh sound, and the pillow is also very uncomfortable. I won't recommend it, and I won't go again in the future.

Elevators were so slow. And at 2130 kids still swimming in the pool with loud noises. They seem to be having lots of fun. I didn’t mind much since I didn’t have to work the next day. Overall the place was satisfactory.
