The carpet was soaking wet. I didn’t notice until taking my shoes off walking into bathroom. Desk said it was probably from the refrigerator. Lack of food service was very disappointing

I liked our experience at the hotel . Staff was friendly and helpful. The valet parking worked out well. The process was not too complicated. Although I did drop my keys in the box after locking my car doors, but was asked to put my receipt on the dash. I put it under the wiper and it was ok
