Staff member entered the room early morning without permission waking me up when I had a checkout time of 11am so disrespectful and unprofessional

Rug was stained dirty and torn, room was disgusting, bathroom crusty, broken lamps, sagging mattress, broken door lock - I will never stay nor recommend Wyndham and Days Inn again - horrible place

I hated my stay!

It's not only dated It's dilapidated. A/C didnt cool, patches on bathroom ceiling, mismatched furniture, house phone not functioning, and bed were like mush.

The room was absolutely filthy. Stained carpet, peeling paint, dirty and stained bedspread, busted bathroom tiles, cracked door frame from previously being kicked in. And worst of all, the pull to turn on the shower was unattached and shower would not work. We had to kneel and take a sponge bath.

They didn’t provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and only half a roll of toilet paper.

Very outdated room with no AC . Cracked tile in the bathroom , sink peeling off paint , bathroom faucet broken . Ants all over the bathroom .

Terrible place to stay. It is dirty, unsafe and smells awful

It is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed. No breakfast was provided even though it is already mentioned "included" when I booked this hotel. Similarly, swimming pool is not open even though it says it is available when booking. In-room sanitation is poor. There are dead and live ants on the walls and in the restroom area.

The grounds were weeds only. The room surfaces and furniture were badly chipped. The sink was trashed. The refrigerator froze the food. TV didn't work. The bed was very comfortable. We've never stayed in such a dump before and will certainly not return.

This location needs major renovations. Very dated to say the least. The staff was fantastic and a very quiet place.

No breakfast as posted. Also not even coffee in the lobby or a coffee pot in the room. Very poor condition in the room.

Awful!!!!!! Read the reviews and pay a bit more to stay anywhere else! This was the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We first checked in and the front desk said that did not have the room we booked available anymore, and that they only had two queen beds. The room they showed us smelled like cat urine and it was absolutely filthy. The shower and toilet seat had hair on it, the bedding had stains, and the door and shower were falling apart. We went to the front desk to complain and ask to switch rooms. They switched our rooms and it was slightly better, but still had terrible cosmetic issues with things falling apart, and the bedding had stains. Our TV did not work for our 2 day stay, despite maintenance coming to try and fix it. Pool was closed and looked nasty and green. Hotel did not offer coffee or any kind of breakfast as advertised. I was going to say that the manager, “Ricky”, was helpful, but I can’t even say that! He helped us with our issues but nothing was ever resolved. I tried to file a reimbursement claim with Expedia but Ricky ended up lying about our experience and denying our claim for full or even partial reimbursement. I won’t be using Expedia for a long while either after this experience. We stayed over a holiday weekend, and there was no availability elsewhere so we were stuck. Absolutely terrible, this place is way to pricey for what you get. Trust me, spend a little bit more and be more comfortable, safe, and clean.

This hotel was dirty looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months the property felt very unsafe I didn't sleep at all worried about my family at night

I was discouraged once I checked in and saw the lobby and really upset once I stepped in the room and saw the general condition of the room.

The Best of the Best

The carpet was dirty, worse than a mechanic shop. The room smelled like urine. The paint was chipped all over the room.
