Loved the location, close to a lot of shops and places to eat.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Huntington WV. I travel there to participate in the West Virginia Reptile Expo and they are so accommodating and everyone at the hotel is so nice. I stay there every couple of months and will contniue to do so.

My wife and I like how convenient to Southpoint Ohio.

We have been staying with this hotel for over 6 years while my son attended Marshall. This is his last semester, as he finishes his Masters degree. We have never been disappointed in the cleanliness or service, and the location is perfect!

Upon arrival; the room that i booked was not available. I was given an upgrade. It was a 2 queen bed suite along w/ free dinner for that evening. and free breakfast for two for 3 day stay. Staff was very friendly, and answered any of our questions.

We try to stay at this location every year for the same festival and my birthday. It has been difficult the last couple years but this year we were able to get the room again. For the most part our stay was good but the room did need some repairs. We stayed in room 225 and the bathroom sink was clogged and the attachment on the shower head would not turn off. Those are minor inconveniences but the thing that bothered us the most was there appeared to be blood smeared on the curtains. We will stay here again but i would like to see these things taken care before our next stay.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and staff was friendly, and helpful. Hotels.com dropped the ball on my reservation though by providing everything needed for the reservation which caused a delay in my check-in and the only way I could contact Hotels.com was by virtual chat 😒.

Things went fine until the evening of my 1-night stay, when someone began trying to break into my room using a twisted wire to open the door latch. I grabbed the wire and told the intruders to leave before I called the front desk. It turned out the intruder was a hotel maintenance worker who was trying to open the door because another guest was booked to my room AFTER I was. The front desk said the computer did not have a record of my check-in, which was ridiculous. Later that evening someone from the front desk phoned and said they had determined that the computer had deleted my check-in record 30 minutes after I checked in, reason unknown. This was a jarring experience that left me rattled, as during my confrontation with the intruders I was afraid for my life.

We had to wait a hour and a half after check-in to get a room I paid for two breakfast cards that I never received, I ended up having to go and get a refund for which the all you can eat breakfast should just be included with the stay because it’s not worth paying separate for. The room was not cleaned well. The bathroom smelled like pee because the toilet was leaking.

Nice clean facility and rooms. Also conveniently located to many eating, shopping, and drinking establishments.

This is our top choice hotel when we visit our son. The facility is great and the location makes it even more appealing. Normally, the staff is pleasant and easy to deal with. Something was off during this trip in the way they dealt with customers. It may have been a bad day because it was really unusual.

President suite was awesome until second day when we were resting in the room after driving the day before and not getting to sleep until after midnight. Jackhammering intermittently over our ceiling for hours. Never called to let us know.

Property is maintained well—staff is always accommodating and friendly. Truly enjoyed our stay as we generally always do. The indoor pool water was cooler than expected as is was during our last stay several months ago—the only blip on an otherwise most enjoyable stay.

Hotel was great.. really clean, the staff was awsome , there was a lady named Rickie at front desk that was amazing, helped us with whatever we needed went above and beyond to make stay comfortable.

Please keep up the good work.

Hotel room was clean. The hallways and public spaces needed some seeing to. Our room never got stayover service (we did not use our dnd sign) so we had to ask for new towels. Would have liked to of come back to a serviced room with as much as we spent to stay here. Front desk was quick with check in.

Lovely stay in the heart of Huntington.

We didn't arrive till after midnight and was informed that they were testing the water pipes. The water wiuld be off till 6 AM. They should have contacted me early to make different plans.

Overpriced would be an understatement! Paid over $500 for a very basic mediocre room. Ended up being double charged. Took multiple attempts to rectify, never even received an apology.
