Devon Shores was amazing! The rooms were beautiful with very efficient air conditioning. Free water and coffee at the reception was a big plus. The pool areas were usually calm—perfect for cooling off after a long day at the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Hôtel de qualité très propre, juste derrière la rue de la plage avec piscines et espaces extérieurs où on peut manger. Personnel compétent et agréable, notamment le personnel de nettoyage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Staff was wonderful, close to many great bars and restaurants, beach was right across the street. Facilities were very clean!!!

Property was newly renovated. Office staff was wonderful. Pools were nice. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, Surf Style, and the marina. We even walked to the aquarium. Highly recommend.

Lovely boutique hotel close to Clearwater Beach, large rooms with great housekeeping, and very reasonably priced compared to beachfront properties.

This was our first day at this facility and we definitely will go back. The staff was excellent to deal with took care of any little issues. We had immediately coffee and tea always available in the office along with flavored water. The room was very clean and furniture was comfortable. Definitely highly recommend this place to stay.

Lovely, friendly little motel style, very clean and fantastic location. It’s 2 blocks from the beach and about 10 mins walk to the pier. Price includes parking which is why we booked it. Service was great, qimmediately after booking they asked if we wanted a parking space and when I responded asking if we could park early before check-in they said yes without hesitation. This meant we could arrive nice and early and park the car for free and go to the beach. As a bonus we were able to check into our room early on arrival, hours before our official check in time, and were greeted by a lovely, clean, modern room with amazing air conditioning and large clean bathroom and kitchen, with sink and American fridge freezer. The room was great. 2 Comfy beds, blackout blinds, spacious and just what we wanted for us and our 2 kids. Pool downstairs was compact but lovely, deep, with plenty of sun beds and great for cooling off. Check out was 11am but they let us park the car for free after check-out time so we could go for a dip in the sea and grab breakfast - brilliant. Honestly a lovely experience, and as a person who never bothers to write reviews feel I must to help describe how good this excellent this little hotel was. On top of all this, free coffee, water and beach towels….! U’d be mad not to book it. See u again in 2026 …!!
