clean！convenient to walk to Times Square

We were scheduled to stay here for 5 nights, but the bathroom exhaust fan in this room was found to be inoperative on the first night. I went to the counter the next night and told the receptionist at the front desk. He said that one of us was in the bathroom Smoking here, so they intentionally turn off the exhaust fan. I immediately asked my roommate if he smoked in the bathroom. The answer was never. Therefore, I begged the receptionist to take care of this problem and restart the exhaust fan. , Because my roommate just used the toilet just now because the exhaust fan is not working and the whole room smells bad. If the exhaust fan is not working, how can we stay here in the next few days? Is it possible for us to switch to another room? The receptionist had another statement at this time: We have no working exhaust fan in this building, and I was very angry. I can only rate this hotel as 1 star. In addition, there was no shower liquid provided on the second day of check-in, the elevator was not working properly, and the staff at the counter was unfriendly. In short, this is a hotel that is not suitable for staying. Please consider this hotel carefully.

Convenience location. Clean.

A well run hotel at a reasonable cost for NYC. Its location is good but work has been ongoing on the exterior for much more than a year, which makes it more challenging to find the hotel. Staff is excellent and helpful. We’ve stayed here twice and will try to stay in the future if the room prices don’t go up too much.

We stayed as an overnight taking a cruise out of port near by . The room was good view outside was of scaffolding and such so view not great from second floor . We had a room right off elevator that was great . Beds were comfortable but having to share in a full size was not fun. Was very close to time square and plenty of restaurants and stores in such .

Great hotel & staff. The location though is tough because it’s right across from Port Authority. The street is INCREDIBLY noisy at night so just keep that in mind when booking. Otherwise, it’s a really great hotel

Generally pretty good.

We stayed two nights. The rooms and the common areas were clean. When we arrived the rooms were not ready even at the check in time 3 pm. The staff were not attentive enough to inform us about the delay in assigning the room and did not provide details of the coffee machine in the common area. The rooms did not have any coffee machine or microwave. There are plenty of places to get food within 5 min walking. The hotel did not have onsite parking. But provided a parking garage that gave discounted parking when validated - $50 + tax per day for SUV. Hotel also charged a mandatory hotel fee of $33/per day. They gave $29 credit per day to use towards any food or drink at the hotel cafe. The house keeping was be done every other day unless it is requested daily. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

For us, it could not have gotten any better very well located close to Times Square very friendly staff and also easy parking at LAZ parking on 39th price very reasonable for such a prime location

Nice location but the 1 of 2 elevators were out of service and the area outside of each room on the floors had no AC so waiting for the elevator in the lobby for 10-15 minutes in the NY heat was no fun

The staff gave great service and was very kind, the hotel is in a great location just 10 minutes away from Times square and broadway

I was stuck in the elevator and that was extremely uncomfortable.
