I really loved the location and security of the place. I could not have asked for better. The building was kept a little too warm for my taste, however.

It was a great nice and amazing stay.

Great location. Safe. Quiet. Great space

Welcomed with a bottle of wine and little snacks to munch on. They were thoughtful and provided things like make-up wipes, shampoo, conditioner. They also provided water, and coffee for the next morning. The towels are so soft and thick, the bedding is crisp white and so very cozy. I have stayed here multiple times and absolutely love it!!!

Very clean condo close to a lot of local shops and main attractions. It was very clean, convenient, had a laundry and dryer inside the unit. A bedroom with privacy, AC, kitchen with fridge, WIFI. Great dessert place downstairs. Overall wonderful stay!

Keycafe was broken, system freezed. We could not go inside.

No on site staff available. Bad instructions about the electronic keys. When I called the agent, they kept telling me how to use the two traditional metal keys, which were confusing anyway. When I told him there were no keyholes on the door, he appeared perplexed. They should know their property better than this. Because of lack of onsite staff/space, there is no way to store your luggage either if your fight is earlier or later than the check in/out time.

Wonderful stay! The Domicile Team was so responsive and accommodating to ensure the stay was everything needed.

I liked having the kitchen and w/d available. Great location, fun area, close ofor my work ourposes. Bring all your own toiletries, i did not feel cimfortable using the open, econo-sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Nice apartment in new condition, great location with close walking distance to many restaurants.

Convenient location in a great neighborhood; easy walking distance to downtown. Minor issue with check-in as the lock-box was not functioning properly, but offsite support staff was very responsive, and had someone to the location to assist within the hour.

The check in did not work. Took over an hour, half of which spent locked outside the building in the cold, to get me in. The instructions for check in and check out don’t match the instructions provided a) on their site and b) via text message. The process of entering a code to enter the building was not working. Positive was the availability of a 24 hr service. The price for accommodation was very good. The location downtown Seattle on the lower part of Capitol Hill was excellent. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Close to convention center and public transportation.

When we arrived we had trouble checking in. We followed the instructions they sent us but the callbox didn't work. We had to stand in the cold waiting for anyone from the building to either enter or exit so we could get in. After we got in, there was an issue retrieving the room key from the key cafe. We called Domicile. Jake, a Domicile rep, suggested we go directly to our room to see if the key was there, which it was. Upon inspecting the room we discovered it wasn't very clean. We found hairs and stains on the bed sheets, some red stains on the wall in the living room, the utensils in the kitchen were unwashed. The TV had no channels, and the olive oil in the kitchen was expired as well. We called Domicile again to report the condition of the room. Jake was very receptive and apologetic. He sent a housekeeper over to reclean the room. As compensation they gave us a bottle of wine, which we appreciated. However, the night before we checked out, we attempted to use one of the plates from the kitchen cabinet and discovered what looked like dried cake stuck to one of the plates. This is our first time staying in a condo like this and we really want to like the place, but they really need to improve the cleanliness of their rooms and efficiency of their service.

It looked like someone had food and then just put the plate right back to the shelf... Condo was well located. Getting into the building was awful. Someone let us in. Once we figured out how to open the room, it was fine. The towels were awful. Experience as a whole was positive.

I’d like to start by saying communication was non existent. I messaged the domicile about check in instructions but had no response. Secondly, after walking into the apartment, I noticed glass on the floor and the bin had not been emptied. I had to call the domicile company to get the apartment cleaned again! Thirdly, it was a struggle to get in and out using the lifts. For some reason the fob did not work! I would not stay here again unless I was refunded my money!

Excellent location and having a dessert bar in the lobby made the entire building smell awesome.

This really was a GREAT place to stay!! The "negatives" are just nitpicks. Communication was on point. Everything was clean, new, fresh. Great access/location to everything downtown.
