The rooms were very large and very clean. View was great.

Property was going through remodeling and the noise and debris from the construction was too much to be able to enjoy our stay. Of course this isn’t mentioned when you book the room. Staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and very walkable to shops and restaurants. Although we were aware that there would be some remodeling going on during our visit, it was very noisy during the day. Also, the one and only vanity mirror was useless. That made it very difficult for both my husband and myself getting ready.

A literal block away I had to dodge multiple bodies passed out in the literal street from heroine overdoses while driving back to the hotel from the grocery store. There were also some drugged up zombies wondering the area. This was at around 5pm, btw. I did not feel safe taking my kid to the park across the street. Do better, Olympia! When I parked the car at the hotel I made sure to park right up front to increase the odds that it wouldn’t get broken into. Cookie was great, though!

Walkable.

Property itself is great. Lot of homeless people in the area. Didn’t look like the safest spot in town. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance.

Excellent walking along the boardwalk. On site parking no charge. Quiet, great bed and bedding. On site breakfast, only used once but had good options and was good for the price.

We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms, facilities and staff were excellent - the beds and linen in particular are noteworthy. Environment wast harbourside, with many good restaurants within one or two minutes walk. As evenings drew in the homeless of the city gravitated to the vicinity to bed down, which may be disconcerting for some guests.

The hotel has not been updated since our last visit some years ago. You are overpriced for what is delivered. I will not return until you rehabilitate this property.

Great experience overall. Nice room. Good service. It would be nice to have pens and notepads in the rooms though. Tried to play a board game and were missing parts.

The Location was quiet and near restaurants. Staff was great! Cookies! Just needs closer to real eggs. Showers are hard to turn on without a cold blast.

Location is great. Unfortunately the rooms were not that clean. The bathroom had some mold and water issues, and stains on the walls. The temperature control in the rooms was inconsistent and loud- I woke up multiple times too hot or too cold. Not what I expect from a double tree.
