Se nos otorgó una habitación en un tercer piso … para personas mayores subir la escalera con equipaje fue muy pesado ! El baño fuera de la habitación, fue incómodo. Y retirada teniendo que pagar Uber diariamente !

The overhead to enter the building was onerous. Having to send pictures of self, driver's license, using 3rd party payment apps (which I believe is a violation of Hotels.com ToS) for cleaning and deposit, was frustrating.
Once I had the codes to enter the room, it fit my requirements, but I wholly do not recommend having rooms like this on Hotels.com for last minute bookings.

No AC, room gets hot, plus they make a big deal if u have someone stay to visit. My cousin stayed to have some drinks with me and I guess that was breaking a rule. Worse place I have ever stayed at will not stay again there.
