Convenient to the shopping mall and dining place. Enough car parking.

The hotel provides kitchen utensils and tableware. I asked the staff several times, but they didn't give them to me. The attitude is also very bad. I don't know why? The next day I went to ask for kitchen utensils again, and another employee received me and gave me tableware and tableware. During the three days of staying in the hotel, there was no breakfast coffee. I thought I was going too late, past coffee time. So I went to drink coffee after 9 o'clock in the morning, but there was still no coffee. The staff said that the coffee had been put away.

Unstable Wi-Fi. Broken walls & door. Sink drain very slow. Bathroom roof with leaks.

一開始進去房間時，馬桶裡面竟然有衛生紙，免費停車場有Valet在控管，而免費的WiFi速度就堪用。

It's near to Factoria (easy for shopping) and T-Mobile.

The hotel is not located around hot sightseeing spots, so if you want to arrange an intense sightseeing schedule then I do not recommend. However, if you can rent a car to drive and want to have a free travel, this hotel is a good choice. There are a variety of stores in Factorial mall just next to it. There are japanese, chinese, midterrance, vietnam food...etc, also american and asia style supermarkets, so you can buy many essential things you want. The highways are also next to it, so it is convenient to drive to downtown Seattle, Bellevue square, UW, international dist, or move to south, Mt. Rainier...etc.

這家旅館的優點是位置十分便利且價格方面在Bellevue 這區有著非常高的優勢。 我必須聲明，我並不討厭這間飯店，但我認為他有很多改善的空間。 這趟西雅圖是家庭旅行，如果再讓我選一次，我會願意花2倍的錢帶我的家人去住更好的(或是評價更高的)旅館。也因為他的價格是當初考量的因素之一，所以在入住後我並沒有特別抱怨—除了整潔衛生這部分。 1.房間的濕氣跟霉味很重，必須一直開著空調來降低不適感。 2.這是一個有提供簡易廚房與餐具的旅館，但並不是所有的餐具與廚具都直接擺在房間裡，你必須到前檯拿，而一部分已經放置在房間裏的餐具，是有點油膩的。 3.這是一間有提供自助洗衣的飯店，飯店的洗衣機與烘衣機各必須投入2塊，也就是總共4塊、總共16個25分（機器只接受quarter ）。但住宿期間我洗了兩次衣服，兩次櫃台都告訴我沒辦法換零錢（甚至第二次洗衣時我缺四個quarter，櫃台也告訴我沒有辦法）。 好的，我能理解可能真的沒有零錢，可能是真的連四個25分都沒有，但如果沒有辦法換零錢，為何不在機器旁邊放個刷卡機呢？旅館提供販賣飲料與零食的販賣機都能刷卡，洗衣機與烘衣機卻不行，這顯得有些諷刺。 同時，自助洗衣的環境也挺髒亂的，我就不多說明了。 再一次聲明，我並不討厭這間飯店，我和我的家人並沒有因為這次的住宿體驗而不開心，我們一樣度過了美好的假期。 但我認為他有很多改善的空間，尤其是整潔的部分。

I booked this hotel for my friends from oversea. When we checked in at the front desk, compares to the one in Bellevue Downtown, the front dest was not friendly, dressed quite sloppy, poke faced, remind me the old cheap 1/2 star motels in north seattle. After my friends checked into the room, I asked the guy if I can use the restroom next to the front desk, I got the answer that the restroom was for the employees. This guy again had forgot he was running a 2.5 star hotel, not a slum gas station or 1/2 star motel. Actually I have never seen a 2+ star doesn't allow their cutomer to use a restroom when he is in the need. Like the other hotels in this franchise, customers have to bring the breakfast to their room to eat. But this facility is very spreading out, with no elevator, it's a hassle to bring the breakfast into the room. At the north side of the parking lot, even the 1st floor is high up with long stair. THe elders have to carry their heavy luggages to go up the stair, without a ramp (or the ramp is at a corner which is not noticable). The Days Inn nearby only have humble one star, but it's much better in terms of service, convenience, facility and etc.

There is nothing to like about this place. I can't list all of the horrible things.

Poor maintenance. To holder fell off the wall and hurt my wife’s foot.

Needs updating. Curtains had holes, the bottom of bathroom door is splitting, door on bathroom cabinet broken

The staff was practically non-existent, both when I tried to check in and when I tried to check out. The room was nice, jut poorly lit.

Staff had no idea what was going on. Took over an hour to check in. Took over a day get access to wifi. Did not get any dishes/pans brought to the room for the kitchen. Horrible service but the room itself was a great setup. Would be great with better staff.

Check in was great, simple, and the desk clerk was nice

It was very gross for the location there was piled up garbage everywhere at all stairways and it stunk real bad and there was no dishes offered to us or even told to us how it worked or how the breakfast worked the muffins were dry it says breakfast in the booking not crap like this I spent $189 for 1 night 1 tiny shampoo for 2 people seriously blanket one very thin just really bad shape for the are was very dissatisfied wish I could get my money back or a another stay in a different area in hopes maybe is better this place not happy I would not recommend this Factoria location ever. I have stayed here before but was a little disappointed this time.the light in the kitchen was out. There was a hole on the wall by the front door and the tub was missing its porcelain liner. lithe

WiFi didn’t work, filthy, bugs, smelly, rude front desk at check in, no coffee or breakfast as promised in the purchase of the room. Way over-priced.

The property looked ok on the outside, but the rooms were filthy, damaged, and appliances did not work correctly. The "breakfast" was packets of instant oatmeal . That's it. It took 15 minutes for the evening desk attendant check us in.

Great location. But the facilities are very old and need upgrades
