We were assigned room 402 and immediately noticed that the bathroom flush was not working. We tried to report the issue using the room service phone, but it wouldn’t connect to the front desk. As a result, we had to go down to the front desk multiple times to request urgent assistance. It took about 1–2 hours before a plumber arrived to address the issue, during which time we were unable to use the washroom. This caused significant discomfort, especially for my parents, who struggled during the wait. Due to the delay, we missed our scheduled rides for the cruise trip to Liberty Hill and had to purchase new tickets, resulting in additional expenses. Even after the repair, the issue wasn’t fully resolved. We informed the front desk again while checking out, hoping they would fix it properly before assigning the room to another guest.

The property was Central close to subways and to Times Square when we got there. The front desk was very helpful, especially jalissa The breakfast s were good. There was a great rooftop bar. Two hotels down the Aliza great view!

Personnel agréable…hôtel bien placé…mais les points négatifs : breakfast rudimentaire, la salle de restaurant trop petite et glacée ( climatiseur !!)..file d’attente pour accéder aux tables. : trop de monde. Attente devant les ascenseurs interminables

Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. One of the things I didn’t like was that one of our two rooms wasn’t ready until 5:00pm.

The Marriott Bonvoy locations I've been to have been consistently comfortable, clean and convenient. This location is in a dense area between Times Square/Hell's Kitchen. It is across from the Port Authority which makes it extremely convenient for all kinds of public transportation but also can be a little sketchy at night with some open drug use but it is always busy with foot traffic so it's safe for the most part. Once inside the hotel it is very safe, and an oasis in a hectic and bustling city.
