Hands down one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only is it in a gorgeous location but the suite was incredible, the wine that was waiting for us in our room was phenomenal and the amenities were wonderful. They offer bikes for free as part of your stay, and me and my daughter biked all around the island it was such a good day ☀️. Would absolutely recommend this place to anybody. Perfect for couples but also very family friendly too. Will be staying here again!!

Walkable safe

The property was nice but there is no bar/restaurant on site like there used to be. Once I got to the property I had to pay well over $100 in "resort fees" and taxes. I am not sure what qualifies as a resort but I guess this was just to use the pool? I mean there really isnt anything else on site, except a couple fire pits i never saw lit and a sad few hole putt putt course I never saw anyone use so dont even know if there was equipment. But the parking was easy. I tried to call to the front desk using their phone one morning but no one answered. So I called the main number using my cell phone, but no one answered. Not sure what that was all about.

The room was fantastic with a big wrap around balcony. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we all enjoyed chilling on the balcony with many trips to the pool. Beach was great. My only disappointment was they did not have any type of grill anywhere. I brought some really expensive steaks, burgers,hot dogs, which we had to cook in a pan. The staff was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed

When I checked in, I was charged too much as I had already put a deposit in online. Richie at the front desk tried to convince me that they had no knowledge of the deposit and it was likely a hotels.com convenience fee. Was not the case. I showed him my deposit and it finally got fixed when owner Gee got involved. I also did not like that the maid service decided to access my room on the first evening while I was away. I had no card to put on my door to state I didn't want this and went to front desk for one. Rooms need an upgraded: couch was ripped and in stained condition. shower handles loose, pressure was poor. There was an old shrimp tail by the trash under the sink. Did like the fridge being clean. And there used to be washer/dryer units on all floors... No bar on rooftop any longer and no restaurant either (the restaurant used to be good). pool chaises faded. Gee got things right at the end, but all in all no where near it used to be. There also used to be a garage attendant so not just anyone could walk off the street and go in the elevator to access any floor/room. Not secure.

Could not fault this stay. It was peaceful, the view was incredible. The cleanliness was spot on. Most of all the kids loved it!!

Rooms are 2 bedroom suites. Full size kitchen makes an extended stay more affordable. Extremely pet friendly environment.

Lauren at the check-in was friendly and helpful, also Richie at check out . In general everyone was helpful. They room was clean and neat.

We have stayed at fusion resort twice and each time it has been absolutely amazing. Super clean, great views from balcony’s, within walking distance of everything, my only complaint Bis the pool closes to early. It closes at 8 and we would have loved to be able to swim when it was all lit up, and hit the hot tub in the evenings. The pool is amazing hot tub is even better. 10/10 rating for this place and can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful reception

Excellent location, very nice resort. We went for a staycation for the 4th of July weekend. We were not impressed with how dirty the floors were- ceramic tile floors and our feet were BLACK. Everyday. Would have been terrible to have a crawling baby/toddler there. Everything else was great. Definitely a beach hotel, but still very nice with beautiful views of the intercostal waters. The full kitchen was great to have as we were able to cook breakfast every morning, lunch every afternoon and enjoy our coffee on the balcony- and we were close enough to walk to dinner every night - VIP, Sloppy Joes, Middle Grounds all within walking distance. So is Publix, however, we did a pick up order there for groceries for the long weekend. We will be back sometime.

I was told they’ll change the bed sheets on daily bases, they didn’t they said I have to request it!. Made it look close to the beach front, it’s about 20 mints walk to the beach front. Bikes are old and they lock them at 7 pm didn’t use. You need a car to get to restaurants.

The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. The customer service was professional and above average. I would not hesitate to book again. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room and full kitchen was plenty room for husband and I. Only stayed one night but wished it was longer.
