Pros: Hotel is clean. Pillow is very comfy. Location is convenient close to Fulton St Station and many downtown attractions. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Cons: no coffee maker at room, room temperature can only be adjusted up to 74 degrees, which was too cold for us. # please note there will be $100 deposit and $20 facility fee per night.

The property is great. However when checking out, an additional unknown charge, and undisclosed at the time of reservation was applied to the final bill.

This is a nice hotel. I stayed in a king room, which was decently sized as far as NYC hotels to. The bathroom had a tub and shower curtain nstead of a walk-in shower. Such fixtures make rooms, no matter how nice, look old fashioned.

The Gild is a beautiful hotel. The comfortability of the rooms along with the overall look of the esthetics was top tier. Hands down one of my favorite hotels to stay at when I'm in NY.

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Front desk staff was the friendliest and offered a free upgrade. Room was quiet, cozy, and clean. Best location - very close to everything downtown and easy to get uptown and to Brooklyn as well.

The room smelled like dirty feet and the carpet was wet from the stay before or housekeeping

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The lounge was really nicely decorated and the room was to be expected for size and decor. Overall a great stay.

The way they treat their guests are amazing to go above and beyond I want to give a shout out to Ben and Ollie as well as all the rest of the staff I've been nothing but amazing wonderful people. I would highly recommend seeing here it's my new personal safe haven. If you're looking to stay somewhere nice in New York and affordable! This is a place to do it!

Quiet boutique property with good sized rooms and the excellent Felice restaurant and bar. The property is a short walk from the restaurants and events of NYC Seaport.
