No heat.,simple

An impromptu smoking area had been formed at the end of the first floor near the entrance to all first floor rooms on one side and under the stairway. It consisted of a variety of chairs - a broken down office chair, several dining table chairs and a few semi- upholstered waiting room pieces. I can’t believe the hotel allowed that to exist in a public area.

This was a nice hotel to stay for the night. The lady at the front desk on Friday evening was super friendly and even came to the room to show us how to use the TV.

Not nice

It is a quaint, older facility. Right on the main road so noisy. Decor of our room was cute. The black and I mean black water in the toilet and coming out of the faucets was a nightmare and we decided we weren't comfortable at all with the situation. We asked for a refund and were told the owners will be in the next morning. I have confidence in Expedia.

I would not stay there again. The room was clean but it smelt like smoke and it was a non-smoking room. I wasn’t very impressed with the guy at the front counter.. kind of rude if you were to ask me. Our neighbors above us were very, very loud.

Love the staff and the owner. Very nice and helpful, if needed.

The room was not that clean and there was a glob of hair on floor next to toilet. The floors weren't very clean. This place could use a good deep clean. Other then that it was ok for the price. The man who checked us in was nice.

The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. The parking was a little cramped for larger vehicles, but still doable. The Himalayan restaurant next door was convenient, and the food was GREAT! Allowing pets was also a bonus. Overall, it was a nice place for the night and would stay again.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating!

The property wasn't too bad, however the rooms DEFINITELY need an upgrade, and paint the walls as they were dirty and dingy! And no air conditioner!

The staff was very friendly. That’s unfortunately the only nice thing I can say. It was overpriced, the room smelled awful, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the walls are very thin, and it’s sandwiched between two busy streets. There are better options for the money.

Great price on room, but right next to Hwy101 and can get noisy. No a/c in the room.

Everything was good

The hotel clerk was so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast, very comfortable bed, great location. For the the price I paid I thought it was an excellent choice.

The room we rented was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The chair and couch were so filthy my family couldn’t even sit on them. The toilet didn’t flush, and there were ants throughout the room. Overall, it was unhygienic and uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

I am having a very comfortable experience so far.

My reservation was not there. Instead of looking at my confirmation and just giving me my room, she made me wait 3 hours and only conceded after I had Expedia call 3 times.

The room we were put in needed some work, the bathroom entry was was chewed by a dog, the flooring needed some repairs and the roo. Needed painting, the beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good. I would stay again if i had to only if they fixed what really needed fixed.
