Terrible service, nobody respond, Non-refundable. Otherwise was good.

房間空間很大，設備俱全，最棒的是地點優越，交通方便，值得推薦他人入住。

Dryer is not worked, request counter to have a new one three days, the service department need us to their department for get it. The bath tub is not worked effectively too. And attitudes of service department guy is bad.

这里其实并不是一个专门的酒店，应该是一个住宿楼。但是这里环境很棒，也很好找，离曼哈顿开车20分钟。房间里设施齐全，有吹风机、浴巾、洗浴用品、厨房用具、洗衣机等等。我和朋友们住的很满意！

我们在这酒店住了四晚，酒店在新泽西，与世贸和华尔街仅一河之隔，离新泽西地铁PATH步行5分钟，可坐P ATH到纽约市中心和新世贸，离自由神像新泽西码头也很近。酒店房间很干净，在房间的窗户就可以看到对岸的曼哈顿，早上也可以在窗户看日出，也可以走不到10分钟到河畔拍日出，房间内设备齐全，还有洗衣机可以随时洗衣服，酒店附近还有个大超市和购物中心，相当方便；另外前台职员很亲切有礼貌。唯一美中不足是的床垫太软，且一转身便吱吱作响，影响睡眠。不过总体还是相当满意的，以后再来纽约会再考虑住这里。值得推荐！

The views at this property are awesome. It was also really nice to have an entire apartment to myself. The building has great amenities, including a fantastic, large rooftop level with lounge and awesome view of NYC skyline. I’m a New Yorker, but I would do this again in a heartbeat! There’s only 2 things I’ll say though: the apartment was very clean, but my bathroom had some really gross paint chipping & pink mold like substance over the shower head. Also, while I loved the unit, it wasn’t the one advertised as I was expecting when I booked it.

Hard to find the entrance, because the main one is closed but other than everything is great , especially the view !

The apartment was “okay” nice views and nice furniture and equipped with kitchen tools needed. The bed was okay a bit harder for my liking but it could be suited for someone who does like a firmer bed. My issue was the cleanliness of the apartment. Especially since staying during Covid I was expecting more. The shower had someone else’s hair on the walls. After seeing that and 2 dead (tiny) bugs I was super uncomfortable. Bugs happen but the hair was concerning as it made me wonder about how well the rest of the apartment was cleaned. The towels and welcome kit were wrapped in individual bags which was greatly appreciated. The staff at the front desk were extremely nice and personable. Communications were a bit difficult. Too many separate emails. Emails from hotel.com and then multiple from global luxury suites with information. Just seemed disjointed. Overall was just okay. I don’t write reviews but with covid I think it’s important to share my experience.

I enjoyed my stay here and I liked the fact that it was a residence and not a hotel.

It was very Pleasant and the people was so Polite and generous.

The view was amazing! The carpets were light colored and very dirty. The dressers had water damage on the tops of them. Could use a fresh coat of paint. The bed was uncomfortable as it pretty much was worn and had an indent where people slept. Parked two buildings down at double tree. Only stayed there one night for a total of about 8 hours so I can’t rate anything else.

Veldig grei måte å bo på, deilig med stue og eget soverom. Det er bare en togtur unna enten World Trade eller 33 gate, vi brukte Newport Path og toget gikk hele tiden. Matbutikken ligger ikke langt unna pluss man har Newport senter rett bortenfor. Her skal vi bo igjen.

The apartment we stayed in had amazing views across the river to NYC. The property is located just a 5 minute walk to the PATH train station and the local mall. It was well laid out and very clean and the staff were extremely helpful.

Ligging was goed, geweldig uitzicht! appartement was netjes, vriendelijk personeel, alleen sofabed lag niet lekker, met de path ben je in 20 minuten in Manhattan

Great location across the Hudson and ease of access to Newport path station.

Schickes Appartement mit einer Top Aussicht auf Manhattan. Service einwandfrei. Verbindung nach Manhattan ca. 600 m entfernt.
