Closeness to parks

The elevator where our room was was out of service. A bit inconvenience with two little ones and the stuff we brough along but otherwise great location to the family pool and local shopping. Their activity center /game room was just enough entertainment for our kiddos (4 and 1)! would definitely come back. rooms are clean and spacious!

Property was nice. A little dated & elevator by room didn’t work, but overall a good stay

We had an excellent stay here. Very close to Legoland and the splash pad, playground, arcade, and activity center were great for it 3 year old.

It was okay. Not super luxurious. House keeping is limited and with kids it’s a bit challenging. We had a couple of issues during our stay but the manager did rectify it. I don’t think it was the most luxurious or the best place but it certainly was helpful to have large sleeping arrangements with multiple kids. I’d rate this a 6.5 or 7/10

Swimming pool was right in front of our room and very convenient to go to places.

Bed was awesome, firm yet soft.

The property has definitely aged and could use some updates—it likely was quite nice at one point. The elevator was out of service during our stay, which made being on the third floor a bit inconvenient. The pool loungers were a nice touch, and the room itself was decent—simple but clean. One thing to note: the listing mentions a shuttle to Legoland, but that service is no longer offered. On the plus side, guest parking is free, which was appreciated.

Amazing hotel, our second time there for summer break. The front desk staff our accommodating and friendly.

Elevators were broken which made our stay exceptionally hard with my mother who's handicap. We were told by staff upon arrival at least it's the 2nd floor and not the 3rd! How does that help someone who's disabled? That's 2 flights of stairs we had to basically carry her up! We even paid more for an ADA room and this hotel is not convenient for anyone with disabilities. We even got a complaint from someone staying underneath us 5 minutes upon oir arrival that my kids were walking too loudly! Our trip was not pleasant from the minute we got there and we will no longer be staying here in the future.

Breakfast buffet is really expensive in staying at hotel should be included for the stay days

Nous avons opté pour une suite 2 chambres. La suite aurait besoin d'être rénovée. La décoration et les meubles sont vieux. La terrasse extérieure était sale, elle n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis un certain temps vu la poussière présente au sol. La chambre parentale était correcte mais la chambre junior longeait le couloir de passage donc il y avait beaucoup de bruit lors du passage des autres clients (présence d'une fenêtre qui laisse passer encore plus de bruit). Je m'attendais à avoir une suite de grand standing (au vu des photos postées sur Expedia), surtout pour le prix par nuit de cette suite. Sans parler des taxes exorbitantes à payer en plus des frais de chambre. Toutefois, je tiens à souligner la qualité du service d'accueil; elle est excellente. Les agents sont aux petits soins et très réactifs aux demandes des clients. Néanmoins, malgré tout, je déconseille cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité/prix.

We loved this resort! We chose it because we did LegoLand for my sons third birthday and it was a blast, the resort is a very short walk to the theme park, they had 2 pools, a hot tub, basketball court, arcade, and so much more!! The staff was super nice and accommodating, we asked for an early check in about a week before our stay, they told us they couldn’t promise anything but that whenever we arrived they would give us a key card to do whatever we wanted in the hotel! And it didn’t matter anyways because we arrived around 2:45pm and our room was ready! The elevator in the villa we were staying in was out of order, which was a pain since we were on the top floor and staying 5 nights so we had quite a bit of luggage but they did wave our resort fee due to the inconvenience so that was very nice. The only thing I would say would be my complaint is only having one smoking section, and it being completely on the other side of the resort from where we were staying, but other than that we had an amazing time and would definitely book again!
