Hampton Inn and Suites Pigeon Forge On The Parkway

Erstes Hotelzimmer hat sehr nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen, haben dann das Zimmer gewechselt.

Breakfast great. Bed ok but not top of the line.

Hotel needs to be updated. For what we paid for two nights it did not meet our expectations. Very dirty windows. Caulking around tub had mold. Old furniture. The only good thing was the beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. We had much better in other Hamptons. Wish we had picked another hotel for the wedding we were attending

Requested and confirmed handicap accessible room - was not available on arrival. Good news is a handicap room was found across the street at BW Plus by desk help at Hampton. Did not use the room at Hampton and should not be billed for it - so this request for comment scares me since I didn't stay there

I Booked two jointly rooms with a week in advance and when I get there they said they were over booked so no rooms available they just said sorry

Dirty room, mini kitchen was old and looked it.

This location said Hamton Inn & Suites by Hilton w/ Best Western key cards...are they the same? We had 4-night suite stay in July @ $1000 total. July temps was in 90s/heat index over 100... 3 out of 4 nights...room was at a musty 75 degrees ...with no air working. The toilet barely flushed as well...you would need to hold hsndle down for at least 10 seconds before it would flush. They eventually accommodated us to a new room. The new room was a meat locker at 62 degrees. I was afraid to touch the damn thermostat...I was grateful...but New room had a dirty wash cloth still hanging above shower..the shower itself was beyond needing repairs. With major cracks and the shower head busted out of the wall. The dishwasher was all busted up at the bottom. The desk lamp did not work. There was a big wad of human hair under the foot if the sude table.The arm chair was thread bare. I mean, obvious rips! The back hallway to the pool stunk...like a seafood restaurant back dock. The pool was murky. The "free" breakfast should be free. Who would pay for that...I mean we do as guests somewhere in the cost...but seriously...you can kick it up a little notch in the appetizing department Hilton. I understand this is Pigeon Forge. Not New York. I understand this is Hampton Inn, not the 4 Seasons. Hilton needs to pour a little money into it, it's a major tourist trap, saturated with hotel options, make it a bit more desirable. End with good note: decent coffee.

Very outdated,carpets so old and dirty

We are on a family road trip & stopped for a few days in Pigeon Forge. The hotel was conveniently located to lots of attractions, restaurants & stores. The suite we stayed in was like an apartment with a small kitchen, living room & bedroom. The kids loved the pool. The breakfast had so many options. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, but what made it extra special was the amazing service. The front desk person that checked us in was so friendly & gave me lots of recommendations. Even the staff member that kept the walkways swept was friendly and would hold the door and always greet us or wish us a good day.

Location off the road made it more private while located near attractions

This was an extremely clean and well kept Hampton Inn! Staff that I interacted with at the front desk were helpful and professional at check in & check out. The associate even helped link my stay to my Hilton Honors account for me. Check in & check out was such a smooth process. My daughter, mom, & I used this stay for a girls getaway weekend & the suite we had was perfect! The pool was well maintained & enjoyed by our family & others as well with no rough or coarse behavior. Breakfast had a variety of options & the only downside to it was the scrambled eggs were cooked too much for my liking. But there were different options to eat each day. The next morning my daughter was thrilled having the option of gravy & biscuit as well as chicken tenders for a unique & kid friendly source of protein.

It was great

Pretty nice, but had to go to the 4th floor to find an ice machine that was working. We were on the first floor and shower had no pressure. It was like being in a light rain. Had to join Hilton Honors to get wifi, even though advertising gave the impression it was included. Breakfast was OK except i really wanted some scrambled eggs and the had some concoction with mixed vegetables. I wound up having a waffle. Oh- i almost fogot, the person that checked us in acted like it was a chore and she wasn't very happy that we disturbed her.

The staff were nice. Hotel needs updated a bit. There maintenance that needs to be done ASAP. The keycard scanners to get into the rooms are not charged. It was a gamble if your was going to work or not. We had settled into our room with our small kids and when we came back from going to the pool the lock quit working so we were locked out of our room and the people working there couldn’t fix it. Anyways they figured out a way to open it so we could get our stuff and switch rooms. When we did, that lock didn’t work either. The lock on the 3rd room worked. It was a known issue across the hotel and they could t fix it. A little bit of an inconvenience but the friendliness of the staff helped a lot.

The breakfast staff were superb!! Very kind!! Everything was clean and comfortable!

Repeat customer. Always well cared for. Check in quick and easy with online reservation. Room clean but a bit dated. Bed excellent. Breakfast here is very good. Easy in and out on strip due to being close to light.

Needs firmer pillows

The room was clean but I have to say the coffee pot was terrible. I don't know about the other bed but the one I slept in has springs that made noises and I could feel them. Makes for a restless night of supposedly sleep.

Let me start by saying I have stated hamptonninn all over the place and this was not the best one I’ve stayed at We drove for hours to get to the Hampton in our check in time was 3 when we got there our room was not ready and was told to come back in an hour or hour and a half and the clerk there was not very friendly we came back in just over an hour and checked in we came on a specific budget. So we got a room with a kitchenette. The 1nd night we were there we were going to cook dinner for the 6 of us and the stove top was not working. I called the front desk they said no one was there that could look at it so we had to get dinner out which cost over a hundred dollars that we had not planned for then I broke a class and asked if I could possible get a broom. I was told she didn’t have no one to get me one. So I just do the best I could to get what I could up. We arrived on a Saturday not one time did they come in our room to tidy it up like get the trash or anything. They did leave towels the 3nd day outside our door. Finally our last full day there they came in to bring towels and get the trash and vacuum I was just so disappointed in the unfriendliness of the staff when I went to check out the clerk was on the phone and mouthed to me he would send an email I can assure you I won’t be back to this Hampton inn.
