The position of hotel is unique benifit at all.

Breakfast was very good. Tables were a little crowded with people, but we found a table each day. On Monday morning, being on the 11th floor and with many customers leaving, we had to wait for 10+ minutes, which included about 6 crowded elevators, before crowding into a crowdd elevator to descend to lobby, which was frustrating.

Everything was clean and the staff was very professional. Great hotel. If you want to be close to the action on Times Square, location is great. If you want less stimulation, an area away from Times Square may be better.

It’s in the Times Square area near Broadway shows and easy access to a lot of areas.

We were put in a strange corner on the 20th floor which had two door entry into our room. The 1st door brought us into a closet sized hallway which we shared with another room. Anytime the other room guests went in or out, both sets of doors slammed and shook our room. First day there they were doing construction on the room next to us, without warning. I called the front desk to see if we could be moved, but the employee had to check with a supervisor. Neither called me back. So unprofessional. They also kept construction cart and housekeeping cart/supplies outside our door the entire time we were there. Had to squeeze by most times.

Very clean

This is a good hotel yet there are some issues. First is the elevator, very modern, yet very inefficient and even frustrating. The ice machine was broken on our floor, yet I could not go use the elevator to go another floor, system only allows access to your floor One day our floor screen was not working, and the only choice was to wait, and the stairs were not an option with a handicapped spouse. The climate control system is not good. It resets without activity, and the sensor points to the hall not the room, so it will reset while you in the room, like sleeping

The entry door to the room was difficult to open and appeared that the door might be warped from the frame. Just took a little pull to open but no big deal. The bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way but no big deal. The bed was amazing, the service was outstanding and the location was perfect. Overall I will be staying again in this location in the future.

Air did not work well in rooms, rooms were extremely small especially for 4 people. Location was the only good thing about the stay.

Room was extremely hot! Very uncomfortable stay!!! Staff was amazing!

We were suppose to get a kit size bed. We had a double bed. The AC is like wind tunnel every time it comes on. There was no body lotion in the bathroom. The TV keeps rerouting. You call the front desk by dialing 0 and no answer. I do not recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay if you like to be close to Time Square and public transportation. Few highlights: - Property is new and clean - Breakfast included - decent hotel breakfast with meats, eggs, waffles, bagels etc. Dining area gets quite crowded after 7:30-8am, hard to find table - Tea, coffee and water bottle refill (located on level C) available 24/7 - big plus for me - Rooms are small and this could be an issue if you have large suitcases. Otherwise it's not a problem if your main goal to explore the city - Elevators get crowded and you might need to wait 10+ minutes, especially in the morning when people are going to get breakfast. Start early if timing is a priority for you - Nice rooftop bar

De modo geral, foi uma otima estadia, hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado da Times Square e da 5st, tem tudo que perto a poucos metros a pé ou de metro, o atendimento foi muito cordeal e os funcionarios falavam ingles e espanhol. O café da manhã tem pouca variedade, mas é gostoso.

It worked for us

Room quite small. Maybe due to the king size bed. Excellent bedding. However, for $375 per night, towels were thin. Nothing befitting for what we paid. Disappointing. BF was mass quantity.

The rooms are a little small, but it is New York. Great customer service love the experience.
