人員親切，早餐有燕麥水果等都好吃，有鬆餅機可以自己做，牙刷牙膏刮鬍刀都可以跟櫃檯要，房間棉被枕頭床都很舒服，非常推薦!

Part of a road trip to Virginia. We had a nice stay. The room was clean. Always great restaurants close by. Near University of Missouri.

The property was undergoing renovations, but it was hardly noticeable. Friendly staff and very clean.

Room was good bathroom needed work. Gena in the kitchen was fabulous!!!!! Breakfast well stocked and delish! She went over and beyond being courteous! She even picked up our plates. ❤️. Jackie and Janice

Very nice

The building was under construction. When we booked there was no warning or info about the inconvenience. We paid full priceish ($292.69 for two nights plus $25 for insadentals). Our floor was getting new carpet. Got stuck in room 3 different times with in two days for them working the hall. Which caused us to be late to family events. The pool was getting shocked the first day. The second went swimming for 20mins and realized there was a light haning in the water. (Pool light, but still could shock the kids pulled it being off the wall). The staff was friendly. But definitely no apologies for the mess. Or any competitions.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The hotel ( Hampton Inn off I 70) could use some updating, but not badly. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Sounds like they will be doing some updating.

The stay was great, The street entrance to the hotel was not well marked. A small small sign where to turn would be helpful.

Very comfortable beds. Room was very clean compared to Ramada (a dump) and Stoney Creek. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Wish they had full-size pillows, but no big deal. If you like a firm pillow, BYO.

Ceiling in bathroom was leaking over the shower and unfortunately nothing could be done to correct it. The manger was kind though and gave us some points.

There was water dripping into a garbage can from the second floor into the dining room on the first floor. We were on the top floor and there was water on the floor between the toilet and shower. I am not saying it is the same water since our room was not directly above it but they clearly need to fix the plumbing. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Check in and check out quick easy and friendly. Breakfast great Amenities great. Only suggestion since TV remote did not have a channel guide selection , provide written channel guide in room. The front desk did provide one when I asked
