Incredibly pleased with our recent experience at the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The reception staff especially Michael, was consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist with our needs. Furthermore, the amenities were top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a truly memorable and positive experience.

really nice hotel very clean and new but be careful at night there is a lotta bums walking around since its close to the port authority. thays not on the hotel tho thats on the peiple who run nyc.

太挤了，大堂每天都好多人，可能生意太好了吧等电梯等到崩溃早餐品种有限，然后好多人，座位都找不到。稍微受欢迎些的食物一会就没了。取餐区食物经常漏到桌上，脏兮兮的但是位置方便啊！走路到时代广场，百老汇很近，几分钟就到了。晚上看完狮子王舞台剧，伴着灿烂的广告屏，在拥挤的人群中慢慢走回酒店，不夜城具象化了

The hotel was close to time square, subway stations and some broadway shows yet 1 block off from the noisy streets so it was overall quiet. Lobby and breakfast area were very small and a little congested but clean. Elevators were slow, so plan ahead. Nice front desk staff. Great concierge staff, he gave us advice about getting around NY and held our luggage before and after we checked-in so we could tour the city w/out dragging luggage around. Hotel is 1 mile from the pier for our a cruise and 3-4 blocks from the hop on/off bus line.

Hotel in posizione eccellente per visitare New York…a due passi da Time Square e comodissimo alla Metro. Ottima la pulizia. Bella la camera ma purtroppo Armadio piccolo e quasi inesistente. Colazione da dimenticare…Sala piccola per la numerosità di stanze ed occupanti…Cibo sempre lo stesso per 8gg di fila senza possibilità di aver cucinato qcosa espressa su richiesta…

The valet staff and Pablo, one of the drivers, were the absolute best! They were the most helpful. The check-in staff (two younger females) were less than friendly and seemed to be bothered by the guests no matter who they were. Location was great, rooms were spacious (compared to typical NYC rooms), the lobby is great! Would stay again.
