Hasbrouck House

To put my reactions in context, we were at HH for just one night that was unseasonably cold and rainy, so could not take advantage of the resort's amenities. BUT . . .we had reserved what turned out to be a 3d floor room up two flights of very narrow stairs. No one offered help with luggage. A night table lamp was missing a bulb, which we brought to staff's attention, but no replacement was brought up. The room itself was tiny. The online photo shows it with a small desk and reading chair. The room actually had neither, and I felt at some risk for hitting my head on the ceiling. All in all, it just wasn't worth what we paid for it.

ordered a suite paid close to 900 to 1000 rooms was not cleaned trash not emptied bathroom not cleaned had to ask for toiletries cold water showers sunday absolutely awful assistant general manager no reasonable comp and senior me never reached out for this awful customer service i will not recommend or stay here again

Great getaway property. We checked in for two nights, and stayed in a building with kitchen/2 bedrooms, which was great for our needs. We spent time in the property relaxing at the beautiful pool, sauna, and had a fabulous dinner at Butterfield. Played some shuffleboard, pool and video games in their clubhouse - very laid back vibe and perfect for a couples weekend. Great food options off property in the area, and my partner was able to get in a quick nine-hole game of golf at a nearby course.

A return visit to Hasbrouck House. Love the hotel and the grounds. Room was very small and you could bang your head on the ceiling where the windows are cut out. I would opt for a larger room than #9. For the price the room is very very small. Bed was confortable and shower was very good. . The hotel always looks good and the pool is very nice.

just OK. expensive for what it is. Hallways not redone. Sheets just ok.

Delighted we chose to stay here. Looking forward to returning next summer. Comfort, convenience and back to our roots in Stone Ridge was such a pleasure.

Such a stunning place! My friends and I had an amazing stay and would love to come back again. I love that I was able to take a class at Whole Sky Yoga included with our stay.

Beautiful rooms and bathrooms, lovely staff

Our room had little to no heat for 1.5 days during 15 degree weather. How could I tell?? At any given hour, the room radiator was cold to the touch day and night. On the last day of our stay, I reached out to the staff about the lack of heat. The room temperature seemed to rise ever so slightly, but never to a comfortable room temperature. As native NY’er and resident of the Hudson Valley, I’m familiar with NY winters, but the room temperature was borderline unbearable. The only space in the room that was warm was the bathroom, thanks to its heated floors! This is my third time staying at the hotel. I want to love this place, but there’s always something.

All around beautiful property and a wonderful stay.

Such an attractive boutique hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Sauna was a lovely touch during winter. Excellent details like nespresso machine and hand written note. Would definitely return.

There is nothing like having radiant heat under a tile floor in a bathroom on a cold winter day. Loved it.

This was our second time staying here. Very relaxing. Landscaping is beautiful. Fresh doughnuts for breakfast.

The location was good, and we liked the ambiance of the inn itself. Found trash on the floor after the cleaning person was in (remnants from a waste basket), and soap was not refilled. Cannot comment much on staff because desk was mostly uncovered during our time there. The ones we met were very nice. We had a tv issue but there was no one to ask about it. We eventually figured it out. Loved being able to control the AC on our own, especially since the outdoor temp was in the 90s. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was huge! We wish there was more lighting as we found it difficult to read anything, and outlets were sparse - we charged our phones in the bathroom.

Beautiful design, peaceful setting, lots of amenities, dog friendly. Small rooms, window AC was temperamental. Staff seemed inexperienced

Amazing stay at Hasbrouk House with such a curated experience. Especially loved the tie up with a local yoga studio for guests and also the beautiful "backyard" of the house! Would have been amazing if the in-house restaurant is open daily for dinner.
