Hilton Garden Inn Eugene/Springfield

It was close to everything and the staff was always friendly. The restaurant wasn’t the best. I had the salmon and it wasn’t very good. The waitress was wonderful, very nice and polite.

The property is fine. The Expedia experience is severely lacking! Unorganized. I booked my stay throught the Expedia app. I reserved a double king room with a jacuzzi tub. I get to the hotel. They have two single king rooms and not jacuzzi tub. Come to find out the hotel doesnt even have a double king rooms. Not even double queens with a jacuzzi tub.. i called customer support. Their solution was to draft an email on my behalf to the "care team" to look into what can be done. They asked me of i wanted to canel or move my reservation to another date.WWHHAAATT??!! Canceling the reservation would mean my wife and i would have a place to sleep and i would loose the some money becuase i was past the cancelation time. The Front desk offed to check in one of the two rooms and make the 2nd a no show so there could be a better possibility for a partcial refund.

I loved the indoor heated pool and jacuzz, as much as the room with giant corner jetted bathtub, a must try

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A pleasure to stay here and interact with the staff. Very comfortable and clean rooms. We’ve stayed here before and would recommend it to anyone.

Customer service was top notch! In a world like today, when customer service is at an all-time low due to the nature of things, this hotel, seemingly never forgot and really stepped it up! We stayed here as a part of a longer trip and everyone could see that I had my hands full with my two toddlers. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so comforted, even though my kids were running a muck.

The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were too soft. The location was convenient for our travels.

Would highly recommend this hotel,the only place we will stay when we come back here

Over all it was a great time

The ROKU TV was unresponsive at times. Wanted to watch SNL and every channel but that one, worked. I got a black screen. Also, I thought the plastisized curtains and floor were not condusive to the prior Hilton feeling of soft and cozy. Also, the turquoise, mauve and brown color tones were awful. Sorry, I miss the old guard.

Quick and easy check in at midnight. Very convenient and room was clean and comfortable

Everything was so awesome, to the very small detail! Melissa and staff was absolutely the best every day and need!’ Breakfast was always tasty with plenty of variety and fresh fruit! Great location to all, nice pool, all rooms with view and plenty of other amenities! Will return every opportunity! ❤️
