Loved the rooftop bar upstairs. Great service and rly good food. Room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. Great location! Able to walk to many different places.

The staff were very nice at this location. The lobby was very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Indoor pool below average. Valet is convenient but $30. So limited parking. No rooftop bar (under renovation) so no where really to chill outside, no patio.

The hotel was VERY clean. Maintenance staff were all EXCEPTIONAL. Desk staff was slow and seemed unsure of the information they provided. Attempted to contact a Manager when the Valet service was overwhelmed and taking a very long time for multiple guests, but was told no manager was available.

I like everything except for the fact that you have to pay for breakfast when every other hotel is already included in your state so for the simple fact if I'm going to pay for breakfast I might as well go to a restaurant Denny's The waffle House or the corner if I got to paint

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable place, nice roof top bar/restaurant with great service and breakfast is above average for hotel dining.

This hotel was very nice and clean the location was excellent. The roof top bar the two bartenders Karen and I’m not sure the young man’s name were AWESOME!!! I would give them a ten if I could. The waitress was also nice. This hotel was exceptionally pleasant and clean, with a great location. The rooftop bar was fantastic! The two bartenders, Karen and the young man whose name I can’t recall, were incredible. I would give them a ten if I could. The waitress was also very friendly.

Very good staff and valet.

We enjoy the location and the cleanliness of the room. Our biggest problem was parking, the hotel doesn't offer guest parking you either have to pay for valet or pay for garage parking. Location doesn't have much free parking around it. We enjoyed hanging at the rooftop bar food there was average but vibe was cool. Also wish they offered a complimentary breakfast but again you have to come out of pocket for that as well.

Clean, and quiet-

I would like a refund. I had a horrible experience during my stay and so far the hotel and Expedia has refused to remedy this. It was insanely noisy until 4am with loud music, yelling and slamming doors the first night. I was unable to rest. We went to the rooftop bar which was very busy. The service was absolutely horrible and it was very dirty. They were also playing very vulgar rap music. It took nearly an hour to get our 1st round of drinks. The second night was quieter and I tried to rest but that’s when I was able to discover just how uncomfortable the bed was. I could not sleep at all. It was definitely not the experience I paid for. These are things I would expect at a Motel 6. I would like a refund from my stay.

Everything was great, check in was easy and fast. My room was under the roof top bar so it was loud, but I turned up the TV and fell right asleep
